奇瑞在混改中遇到的问题及解决对策

【摘  要】作为安徽最有代表性的国有控股企业，奇瑞汽车股份有限公司的混改进程是近年来最受关注的典型。以往单一的控股模式已经不能适应当下的环境，如果不及时深化混合所有制改革，将很难满足自身发展的需要。就这样，在2018年，奇瑞正式开始了一系列的混改之路。基于此，论文对奇瑞在混改中遇到的问题进行了分析，并提出了解决对策。

【Abstract】As the most representative state-owned holding enterprise in Anhui Province， the mixed ownership reform process of Chery Automobile Company Limited is the most concerned model in recent years. The previous single holding mode has been unable to adapt to the current environment， if the mixed ownership reform is not deepened in time， it will be difficult to meet the needs of its own development. In this way， in 2018， Chery officially began a series of mixed ownership reform road. Based on this， the paper analyzes the problems encountered by Chery in the mixed ownership reform， and puts forward the countermeasures.

1 奇瑞混改的背景及原因

奇瑞汽车股份有限公司（以下简称奇瑞），是在1997年于安徽省芜湖市创立的，是我国的自主创新品牌，现在正在朝着成为国际化品牌的新目标迈进。奇瑞生产的汽车产品包括商务车、家庭用车、微型车等多个领域，曾经9年获得我国的自主品牌销量冠军称号，已经成为我国的自主品牌的代名词。2019年，奇瑞在“一带一路”中国企业100强名单上榜上有名。这些都是奇瑞成立以来的骄人业绩。

奇，有“特别地”的含义，瑞，是“吉祥如意”的意思，合起来就是特别地吉祥如意。由这样的寓意可见当时的芜湖对奇瑞这颗冉冉升起的新星寄予厚望。作为芜湖当地的本地领军企业之一，奇瑞对芜湖市的经济和社会做出了巨大贡献，不仅很大程度上缓解了芜湖的就业市场压力，更吸引了数十家世界500强企业在芜湖设立子公司。作为自主品牌中的代表，奇瑞曾在2018年集聚汽车及零部件企业近900家，带动产值1800亿元，而当年芜湖市总GDP也只有3278.53亿元。……
