如何利用高中思想政治课促进学生心理健康

【摘    要】近年来，随着我国教育改革的深入，教育工作者对于学生的心理健康教育越来越重视。在这个竞争激烈的时代，社会需要的人才不仅仅要具有较高专业素养，还应该具备健全的人格，只有这样全方位发展的人才能适应这个社会，才符合时代发展的需要。本文通过分析高中思想政治课中对学生进行心理健康教育存在的问题，构建了如何利用高中思想政治课促进学生的心理健康发展的体系，以达到唤醒学生对自我的正确认知和树立正确的三观的目的，以便应对未来更为复杂激烈的竞争打造良好的心理基础。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the deepening of my country's education reform， educators have paid more and more attention to students' mental health education. In this era of fierce competition， the talents needed by society must not only have high professional quality， but also have a sound personality. Only in this way can people with all-round development adapt to this society and meet the needs of the development of the times. This article analyzes the problems of mental health education for students in high school ideological and political classes， and constructs a system of how to use high school ideological and political classes to promote the development of students mental health， so as to arouse students correct cognition of themselves and establish correct three The purpose of view， in order to cope with the more complex and fierce competition in the future and build a good psychological foundation.

我国是人口大国，随着社会经济的不断发展，社会竞争愈发激烈，各种心理问题也逐渐凸显出来。近些年在学校中发生的学生自杀、抑郁、人际交往障碍等问题不断出现，使教育工作者对学生的心理健康问题越来越重视，由于高中思想政治课与心理健康之间有着诸多的联系，因此通过高中思想政治课来促进学生的心理健康既可以幫助学生疏通心理问题，预防心理问题出现，还可以帮助学生真正地认识到自己的价值和对自己树立正确的认识，提高中学心理健康的成效。

一、通过高中思想政治课促进学生心理健康的必要性

（一）新课改的要求

随着新课改的不断深入，社会各界对学生的心理健康发展也越来越重视，因为只有使学生具备健康的心理和健全的人格，才能为将来的良好发展打下基础。……
