跨国公司国际营运资金管理研究

【摘  要】跨国公司的跨国属性使得其尤其关注营运资金的管理，加上矿采行业的经营与国际金价及全球经济走势息息相关，使得经营者和投资者更加关注其财务报表反映出的营运资金管理绩效。论文以紫金矿业为例，从营运资金结构、基于要素和基于渠道的营运资金管理3个方面分析了其营运资金管理的绩效，同时结合矿采行业的特性和近年来国际金价的变动解释了指标变动的原因，并据此提出了改进的建议，可为同类矿采企业的经营提供一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】The transnational nature of multinational corporations makes them pay special attention to the management of working capital. In addition， the operation of mining industry is closely related to the international gold price and the trend of global economy， which makes operators and investors pay more attention to the performance of working capital management reflected in their financial statements. Taking Zijin Mining Company as an example， this paper analyzes the performance of working capital management from three aspects： working capital structure， working capital management based on elements and working capital management based on channels， at the same time， combines the characteristics of mining industry and the change of international gold price in recent years to explain the reason of the index change， and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. It can provide some reference for the management of similar mining enterprises.

1 引言

国际营运资金管理是指国际企业对营运资金的管理，是国际企业财务管理中非常重要的一个环节。因其衔接企业的供产销各个环节，使得营运资金运转的高效灵活直接决定了企业是否能够快速运转，并在竞争中获得竞争优势。跨国公司的营运资金管理受到了学者和企业的普遍重视。

根据中国企业联合会和中国企业家协会发布的“2020中国100大跨国公司榜单” ，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司以海外资产611.95亿元排名第40位，跨国指数53.02%，是具有代表性的中国本土跨国公司。同时，其所处的有色金属矿采行业也是关系国计民生和国家安全的重要的原材料产业，受到政府的重视和投资者的高度关注，是证券市场上的一个特殊板块。对有色金属矿采行业的代表性跨国上市公司营运资本的研究具有重大的现实意义。……
