工业园区污水处理厂运行管理的对策研究

【摘  要】当前，我国强调持续推进生态文明建设，建设和谐美丽富强新中国。在生态文明建设中，水环境治理是一项重要内容，加强水环境治理对维护生态平衡、保障自然环境安全具有重要意义。论文运用调查法、文献法等方法对优化工业园区污水处理厂运行管理的有效对策展开分析论述，以期为相关工作带来些许帮助。

【Abstract】At present， China emphasizes the continuous promotion of ecological civilization construction and the construction of harmonious， beautiful， rich and strong new China. In the ecological civilization construction， water environment governance is an important content， and strengthening water environment governance is of great significance to maintain ecological balance and ensure the safety of natural environment. This paper analyzes and discusses the effective countermeasures to optimize the operation and management of wastewater treatment plants in industrial parks by methods of investigation method and literature method， so as to bring some help to the related work.

1 引言

近年来，我国的污水治理技术不断发展，污水治理成果也日益丰富。但与此同时，受诸多因素限制，工业园区污水处理厂的运行效率有待提升，污水治理速度依旧落后于污水产生速度。下面结合实际，就工业园区污水处理厂运行中的有关问题进行具体分析。

2 工业园区污水处理厂运行中存在的问题

2.1 污水处理能力有待提高

调查研究发现，城镇工业园区污水污染物浓度高，水体中含有大量有毒、有害物质，并且水体中的无机悬浮固体数量巨大，水质水量变化幅度大。总体来说，工业园区污水处理难度大，大部分污水必须经过多道复杂的污水处理工艺才能达到安全排放标准。但目前一些工业园区内污水处理厂的污水处理设施相对简陋，污水处理设备单一且功能不够丰富，污水处理工艺水平也有待提升，因此，其很难实现对高污染性污水的安全有效处理，一些污水在经过处理后仍然达不到排放标准[1]。
