乡村振兴背景下农业经济管理的有效路径探索

【摘  要】在乡村振兴背景下加强农业经济管理具有深刻的价值意蕴。目前，农业经济管理仍存在农业基础设施建设落后、管理机制不健全、管理人员业务素质有待提升以及缺少农业经济信息交流互动平台等现实问题。有关部门应着力提升农业基础设施的整体建设水平，优化农业经济管理制度，加强农业经济管理人员专业培训，搭建农业经济管理信息互动平台，使农业经济管理在乡村振兴进程中发挥出应有的作用。

【Abstract】Under the background of rural revitalization， strengthening agricultural economic management has profound value implication. At present， there are still some practical problems existing in agricultural economic management， such as the backward construction of agricultural infrastructure， the imperfect management mechanism， the low professional quality of management personnel， and the lack of communication and interaction platform for agricultural economic information. Relevant departments should focus on improving the overall construction level of agricultural infrastructure， optimizing the agricultural economic management system， strengthening the professional training of agricultural economic management personnel， and constructing an interaction platform for agricultural economic management information， so as to make agricultural economic management play its due role in the process of rural revitalization.

1 引言

2020年12月，在中央农村工作会议上，习近平总书记重点强调“脱贫攻坚取得胜利后，要全面推进乡村振兴，这是‘三农工作重心的历史性转移”[1]。在全力开进“十四五”的新起点上，推进乡村振兴面临着农业经济管理的诸多难题，迫切需要加強农业经济管理体制机制的进一步创新，释放出农业经济管理的潜能及优势，为推进乡村振兴夯实基础保障。

2 乡村振兴背景下农业经济管理的价值意蕴

农业经济管理是统筹城乡发展、推进社会主义新型农村建设、加强村民自治的重点领域[2]，在乡村振兴背景下加强农业经济管理体现出多重价值意蕴：

第一，有利于确保农业生产及相关经济活动的有序、规范开展。综合运用科学创新的管理手段，有效增强农业产业化发展的管理效能，为农民的生产经营实践提供科学的依据和制度遵循。
