提高党建政工工作实效性的路径和策略

【摘  要】目前，我国经济快速发展，各个领域均实现了进步与发展。在此背景下，使用传统的党建政工工作方式方法已经不能满足实际需求，因此，党和国家提出了新要求、新思路。但在实际当中，相关工作仍存在纰漏，为此，寻找有效的解决方案成为当务之急，这对提高党建政工工作实效性意义重大。论文阐述了有效开展党建政工工作对社会稳定发展的重要性，多角度分析了党建政工工作存在的问题，并据此提出了改进策略，为各单位提高党建政工工作实效性提供参考。

【Abstract】At present， with the rapid development of China's economy， progress and development have been achieved in all fields. In this context， the use of traditional modes and methods of Party building and political work has been unable to meet the actual needs， so the Party and the state put forward new requirements and new ideas. However， in practice， there are still some mistakes existing in the relevant work. Therefore， it is urgent to find an effective solution， which is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of Party building and political work. This paper expounds the importance of effectively carrying out the of Party building and political work to the stable development of society， analyzes the problems existing in the Party building and political work from multiple perspectives， and puts forward improvement strategies accordingly， so as to provide a reference for all units to improve the effectiveness of Party building and political work.

1 引言

本文主要从多个角度出发分析现在实施的党政工作模式中出现的纰漏，尤其是明确与现实需求不符的地方，概括了实施合理有效的党政工作对于促进社会进步的重要价值，并阐述了目前实施的党政工作的职能，提出了改进目前工作存在问题的一些行之有效的策略，为有效地找到当代党政工作中出现的纰漏及相应的策略提供指导，现综述如下。

2 新形势下提高国有企业党建政工工作实效性的重要性

长久以来，国有企业如同风向标，其发展速度的快慢及发展结果的好坏对于整个国家经济发展具有重要影响，进而影响社会的发展。坚决执行党对国有企业的领导，是保持国有企业稳步发展的根基，因此，无论从企业理念、企业文化、企业运行等方面均应坚决执行党的绝对领导。……
