建筑工程的施工技术与现场管理探讨

【摘  要】自改革开放以来，中国的经济发展水平得到了非常快速的提升。同时，随着第三次科技革命如火如荼进行，我国的科技自主创新能力也得到了很大提升。人们在获得了更大的经济自主性后，对生活中不可缺少的建筑的建设要求也逐步提高。为满足人们对建筑行业日益提高的要求和水准，建筑行业必须要在施工以及现场管理中下功夫，建设出更多为人民所满意的工程。

【Abstract】Since the reform and opening up， China's economic development level has been greatly improved. Meanwhile， with the third scientific and technological revolution in full swing， China's independent innovation ability of science and technology has also been greatly improved. After obtaining greater economic autonomy， the construction requirements of indispensable buildings in life has also been gradually improved. In order to meet the people's increasing requirements and standards for the construction industry， the construction industry must make great efforts in the construction and site management， so as to build more projects that people are satisfied with.

1 引言

科学的进步促使着建筑工具的更新换代，建筑工具的更新换代为建筑行業的继续发展提供了保障、为建筑行业施工质量的不断提升提供了技术支撑。但是，想要从整体上提升建筑行业的施工质量，不能仅从提高建筑工具着手，还应该在妥善利用建筑工具的同时加强对施工现场的管理以及控制，真正做到让整个建筑施工过程能够有条不紊进行下去，真正提高建筑施工的最终品质[1]。

2 建筑工程的施工技术概述

2.1 影响工程施工的主要因素

建筑的建设是一项需要多方彼此间相互协调、相互配合最终才能收获优异结果的过程。因此，在建筑的长期施工建设过程中，会产生种类繁多的能够影响工程最终质量的不确定性因素，这些具有不确定性的因素按照其性质来分主要可以划分为两个大类[2]。

第一，可以叫做对建筑施工过程产生影响的自然环境因素，这些因素包括但不限于施工地的选址是否恰当，选址地是否靠近向斜山、背斜谷又或者是断层;施工地底下的土层地基是否牢固、施工地附近的人文环境好坏与否或是否有人居存在、施工地地表的的植被覆盖情况以及土壤粘着情况。……
