企业财务会计管理中的问题及解决对策研究

【摘  要】在企业发展中，财务会计管理工作一直处在重要位置，然而由于各种主客观原因的影响，企业财务会计管理中容易出现一些问题，如果不及时处理，将严重阻碍企业的发展，为企业的发展之路埋下隐患。因此，应该正视财务会计管理中出现的短板，积极采取合理的应对措施。论文主要探究企业财务会计管理中的问题及解决对策。

【Abstract】In the development of enterprises， financial accounting management has always been in an important position. However， due to the influence of various subjective and objective reasons， the financial accounting management of enterprises is prone to some problems. If not dealt with in time， it will seriously hinder the development of enterprises and bury hidden dangers for the development of enterprises. Therefore， we should face up to the shortcoming of financial accounting management and take reasonable countermeasures. This paper mainly explores the problems and countermeasures in enterprise financial accounting management.

1 引言

现代化的管理方式已经得到广泛应用，对众多行业的发展起到了积极影响。因此，企业应该合理利用各种科学技术手段，认真分析市场发展形势，在企业财务管理上不断寻求新方法，切实提高财务工作效率，让企业的财务会计管理不再受制于传统的管理手段。对世界范围内先进的管理经验进行学习，形成科学合理的管理理念，对财务管理工作中出现的漏洞及时发现，并且找到有效的措施去解决，确保企业能够自我更新，不断跟上时代的步伐。

2 企业财务会计管理中存在的问题

2.1 企业财务人员素质相对较低

在企业管理中存在较为普遍的一种现象就是财务人员的专业素质较低，不具备相应的财务知识储备。有的企业在财务人员的任用上较为随意，没有依照相应的聘用规定，而是选用亲属或朋友来担任财务的职位，这就导致有的会计人员虽然担任着财会职位，但是并不具备相应的专业素质。例如，有的财务人员没有取得专业技术职称，甚至没有获得上岗证，因此在实际工作中，难以对财务中出现的问题采取合理有效地解决措施，导致财务状况发生混乱的情况。……
