新时期企业工会思想政治工作的策略探究

【摘  要】思政工作属于企业发展建设工作中的关键内容，思政工作的开展必须结合时代发展现状以及需求状况。对企业而言，如何开展思政工作也成为其必须思考的问题。为此，论文简要分析了思政工作的重要性，同时，对新时期企业工会开展思政工作时需要注意的问题进行思考，提出加大组织建设力度以及构建企业工会创新管理体系的具体方案，以期为新时期企业思政工作提供一定的参考与帮助。

【Abstract】Ideological and political work is the key content in the development and construction work of enterprises， and it must be carried out in combination with the development status of the times and the demand condition. For enterprises， how to carry out ideological and political work has become a problem that they must think about. Therefore， this paper briefly analyzes the importance of ideological and political work， at the same time， it thinks about the contents that need to be paid attention to in the ideological and political work of enterprise trade union in the new era， and puts forward some specific plans， such as improving the strength of organization construction and constructing the innovative management system of enterprise trade union， so as to provide some reference and help for the ideological and political work of enterprise in the new era.

1 引言

新时期的企业发展期间，工会组织属于企业管理工作中的关键组成部分，同时也是与企业员工联系密切的部门。而工会组织的存在，不只是可以有效地为职工谋求福利以及创造效益，同时也可以在此基础上减少企业管理工作的损耗，保证企业的可持续发展。怎样促进企业工会机构发展的工作中心，并确保员工经济利益，是目前企业工会必须关注的问题。从思政工作角度而言，正面推进企业发展，以实现员工与企业之间的协调发展，对企业可持续发展而言具有积极意义。

2 思政工作开展的重要性

思政工作属于企业工会管理工作的关键构成部分，可以为企业员工提供思想指导，使得其实际工作与党组织的方针与路线之间形成有效结合，使得所有员工能够感知企业所给予的温暖，同时也有助于提高工作人员的工作效率，进而加快企业发展速度。……
