基于信息平台的医院多级交班系统应用效果分析评价

摘 要：交接班工作是医院一项重要的医疗活动，为解决传统纸质交班存在的书写不规范、字迹潦草、监管困难、信息利用率低等问题，本文基于医院信息平台建设框架，在统一的数据交换平台上，通过总结交班需求，收集和整理了总值班交班、医技科室交班、临床医务交班、全院大交班业务流程，搭建了电子交班系统，实现了交班信息的标准化清洗、自动提取、调阅、统计和展现。通过对系统的应用效果进行分析和总结，指出了存在的不足，期望后续站在智慧管理和医疗的角度，加以改进和完善，促进系统健壮发展。

【Abstract】：In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional paper-based shift work， such as irregular writing， illegible handwriting， difficult supervision and low utilization rate of information， this paper is based on the construction framework of hospital information platform， based on the unified data exchange platform， an electronic shift system has been set up by summarizing the shift requirements， collecting and sorting out the business processes of the total shift， the shift of medical technology departments， the shift of clinical medical services and the shift of the whole hospital， the standardized cleaning， automatic extraction， reading， statistics and display of shift information are realized. This paper analyzes and summarizes the application effect of the system， points out the deficiency， and expects to improve and perfect the system from the angle of intelligent management and medical treatment to promote the robust development of the system.

0 引言

隨着信息技术的不断发展，在过去的10年内，国内医疗信息化取得了长足的发展，期间也主要经历了两大阶段的变化。第一个阶段是医院为解决管理、服务、医疗等方面的问题和难题，通过数字化、网络化、信息化等手段，使手工作业去纸质化，人工管理系统化，医院基础业务系统不断建立，初具规模;第二个阶段是为解决繁杂业务系统的交互问题，实现高内聚低耦合[1]，以及数据字典的标准化管理，大部分医院开始实施信息集成平台，清洗数据后，形成数据中心，作数据的价值挖掘研究，不断提高医疗服务潜能，当然，基于平台规范，“互联网+医疗”、专科信息系统、智慧医疗等也在不断延伸诊疗边界。……
