淮上大道与解放路交叉口信号控制方法研究

摘 要：以淮上大道与解放路交叉口为研究对象，针对该交叉口存在的交通问题，在充分调研的基础上，以交通流为控制单元，提出相适应的控制策略，并通过灯组自主优化控制算法设计控制预案后应用实施，最后总结应用效果，并对比分析交叉口优化前后的平均车速及平均延误数据，阐明本文提出的控制策略能够明显提高交叉口通行效率，解决交叉口实际问题。该案例为城市信控交叉口的信号控制优化提供了方法指导和借鉴参考。

【Abstract】：Taking the intersection of Huaishang Avenue and Jiefang Road as the research object， aiming at the traffic problems existing in the intersection， based on the full investigation， taking the traffic flow as the control unit， this paper puts forward the appropriate control strategy， designs the control plan through the independent optimization control algorithm of the signal group， and then applies it to the implementation. Finally， it summarizes the application effect， and compares and analyzes the average vehicle load before and after the optimization of the intersection The speed and average delay data show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can significantly improve the traffic efficiency of the intersection and solve the practical problems of the intersection. The case provides method guidance and reference for signal control optimization of urban signalized intersection.

隨着国内经济的发展和城镇化水平的提升，人民消费结构的逐渐升级，汽车保有量不断增长，并呈明显上升的趋势。随之而来的，是城市交通面临的巨大挑战，交通拥堵、安全问题成为常态，也增加了交通管理者的管理成本。道路交叉口作为道路交通网的结点枢纽[1]，解决交叉口问题，是治堵、缓堵、保障交通安全的关键。合理地对交叉口进行信号优化，能够大大地提升道路通行效率，同时，由区域面统筹到交叉口点的控制[2]，是解决区域交通问题的重点。

截至2018年4月底，蚌埠市全市的汽车保有量为35.2万辆，市区汽车保有量为16.4万辆，交通拥堵问题也日益凸显。为交叉口制定匹配的信号控制策略[3]，自然成为交通管理的要点。……
