海水金鲲鱼苗冬棚培育技术简述

摘要：为了提供优质的海水金鳃鱼苗种，文章对海水金鳃鱼苗培育技术进行了研究。以冬棚培育1.5kg金鳃鱼受精卵为例，从苗种培育的准备工作、受精卵的选择、受精卵的孵化、仔鱼的培育、幼鱼的培育、出苗共6个方面简述海水金鳃鱼育苗过程中的常见技术问题及解决方案，为海水金鳃鱼苗冬棚培育技术提供现实支撑。关键词昌海水金鳃鱼;鱼苗培育;冬棚

A Brief Introduction to the Cultivation Technology of Marine Golden Pomfret seedlings in winter shed

Abstract： In order to provide high quality breeding of marine golden pomfret，the paper studied the breeding  technology  of marine  golden  pomfret  seedlings.  Take  the  example  of cultivating  1.5kg  of fertilized  eggs  in winter  sheds，it  summarizes  the  common  technical  problems  and  solutions  in  the process of marine golden pomfret from the preparation of seedling cultivation，the selection of fertilized eggs，the incubation of the fertilized eggs，the cultivation of larva fish and juvenile fish and seedling emergence，providing practical support for the cultivation technology of marine golden pomfret seedlings in winter shed.

近年来，海水金鳃鱼养殖随着我国海洋发展战略的实施，养殖量快速增长。[1，2]养殖区域主要集中在广东、广西、海南和福建。[1，2]2019年广东养殖产量达到8.5万吨，全国占比51%，广西4.3万吨，占比25%，海南3.5万吨，占比21%，福建及其他省份0.5万吨，占比3%。[3]

根据最新的数据统计报告，金鳃鱼目前的塘边价格为26～30元/kg，纯利润在10～12元/kg。[4]同时，金鳃鱼养殖周期较短，一般养殖6个月左右即可达到上市规格。[5]北海市是广西目前最大的金鳃鱼养殖基地，根据北海市海城区人民政府门户网站的报道，2020年仅海城区的金鳃鱼深水网箱养殖产值就达1.3亿元[6]。

党的十九大报告中指出，农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题，必须始终把解决好"三农"问题作为全党工作重中之重，实施乡村振兴战略。[7]为深人贯彻落实中央关于实施乡村振兴战略的部署要求，各地区均制定了符合当地的关于加快推进现代特色农业高质量发展的指导意见。广西根据《广西壮族自治区人民政府关于加快推进广西现代特色农业高质量发展的指导意见》（桂政发〔2019〕7号）文件精神，实施水产良种工程建设和渔业生态养殖提升行动，大力發展深水抗风浪网箱养殖、陆基工厂化养殖、海洋牧场人工鱼礁等现代设施渔业。……
