“城市管理学”课程思政建设创新与实践

摘要“城市管理学”是公共管理学科下的一门重要课程，课程思政是我国当前高等教育过程中促进思想政治教育与专业知识技能的有效传授与协同创新发展的重要举措。本文提出在教学队伍、培养方案、课堂建设、社会实践等方面对该门课程进行创新与实践，将专业课程与思想政治元素的高度融合，形成协同效应。

Abstract“Urban Management”is an important course under the discipline of public administration. Course ideology and politics is one of the important measures to promote the effective teaching and coordinated development of professional skills and ideological political education in the current higher education process of our country. This paper proposes to innovate and practice the course in the aspects of teaching team，training scheme，classroom construction and social practice，so as to highly integrate professional courses with ideological and political elements to form a synergistic effect.

2016年12月，習近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。[1]从高等教育的特点来看，推进高校思政教育显然不能仅仅依赖于专门的思政课堂，还必须在专业课程中引进思政课程的相关元素，通过专业课程与思想政治元素的高度融合，促进现代高等教育过程中思想政治教育与专业知识技能的有效传授与协同创新发展。想要从根本上提高当代青年的思想道德修养，就需要重视高校作为主阵地、课堂作为主渠道的作用，不断创新各门课程和思政教育相结合的具体实践，促进两者互相配合、互为补充，潜移默化地发挥思政教育的最大价值。

1“城市管理学”课程思政建设的创新

在建设“城市管理学”课程思政之前，第一步应该理解课程思政的含义，深刻把握其实践目的和意义。在此基础上，才能更好地将思政教育融入该门专业课程的教学中，以此形成两者的协同效应。……
