近20年陕西省生态系统服务价值变化及供需分析

摘 要：生态系统服务与人类生活、地区生态和社会经济息息相关。科学的评估生态系统服务的价值、需求以及供需状况是进行生态保护与管理、实现区域可持续发展的基础。本文探究了1995—2018年陕西省生态系统服务价值的变化规律与趋势，分析了2018年陕西省生态系统服务需求及供需类型，可在各县实施差异化的发展战略、促进陕西省环境和经济的协调发展等方面为决策者提供参考和依据。

Changes in Ecosystem Service Value and Analysis of Supply-Demand in Shanxi Province in the Past 20 Years

Abstract： Ecosystem services are closely related to human life， regional ecology and social economy. Scientific evaluation of the value， demand， supply and demand of ecosystem services is the basis for ecological protection and management， and the realization of regional sustainable development. This article explores the changing laws and trends of the ecosystem service value in Shanxi Province from 1995 to 2018， and analyzes the demand and supply-demand types of ecosystem services in Shanxi Province in 2018. It can provide reference and basis for decision makers in implementing differentiated development strategies in various counties and promoting the coordinated development of the environment and economy in Shanxi Province.

生態系统服务是指人类通过生态系统的结构、过程和功能从生态系统中直接或间接得到的产品或收益[1]，它为人类带来了巨大的福利，但由于其价值很难直接通过市场反映，导致常常被低估甚至忽视，进而导致对自然资源及生态环境造成严重破坏。因此，科学地评估生态系统服务功能的价值可以减少或避免那些损害生态系统服务功能的短期经济行为[2]。生态系统服务供给是指生态系统能够为人类社会提供的各项服务[3]，而生态系统服务供需状况则是衡量区域生态环境健康程度的重要标准，它能够直接影响区域生态系统的稳定性，决定人类社会和自然能否可持续发展[4]。因此，本文对陕西省1995—2018年的生态系统服务价值、2018年生态系统服务需求进行了核算，旨在对近年陕西省生态系统服务供需匹配特征进行分析，为该地区社会-经济-生态的可持续发展等政策制定提供依据。……
