临床路径护理在脑动脉瘤手术治疗中的效果观察

摘要：目的：分析临床路径护理在脑动脉瘤手术治疗中的临床效果。方法：在开展治疗工作前，将70例于我院接受手术治疗的脑动脉瘤患者作为实验研究对象，经临床调查分析，均被确诊为脑动脉瘤，患者、家属均已同意，可入组参与实验。在患者入组后，采取随机数字法将其分配为对照组、观察组，前者使用常规护理方法，观察组则在常规护理方法的基础上增加临床路径护理，并对比两种不同干预模式下的心理状态评分、VAS评分、生活质量评分以及患者满意度。结果：经临床调查分析来看，使用临床路径护理的观察组，在采取护理干预前，其心理状态评分与对照组间无较大差异，（P>0.05），经护理后，观察组患者的SAS、SDS等心理状态评分改善情况明显优于对照组，（P<0.05）。同时，观察组患者的VAS评分为（3.05±0.29）分，较之对照组（7.79±2.16）分也更低，（P<0.05）。另外，观察组患者的生活质量、对护理方法的满意度也相对较优，数据间存在有明显统计学意义，（P<0.05）。结论：对脑动脉瘤手术患者实施临床路径护理对提升护理质量有显著效果。

Abstract： objective： to analyze the clinical effect of clinical pathway nursing in the surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysm. Methods： Before the treatment， Taking 70 patients with cerebral aneurysms treated in our hospital as experimental subjects， Through clinical investigation， All diagnosed with cerebral aneurysm， The patient and his family have agreed， The group can participate in the experiment. After the patient enters the group， They were randomly assigned to control group， observation group， The former uses routine care， The observation group added clinical pathway nursing on the basis of routine nursing methods， and compared the psychological status score， VAS score， quality of life score and patient satisfaction in two different intervention models. Results： According to clinical investigation， Observation group using clinical pathway nursing， Before nursing intervention， There was no significant difference between the two groups， （P>0.05）， After nursing， Compared with the control group， the improvement of SAS、SDS and other psychological state scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group， （P<0.05）. Meanwhile， VAS score （3.05±0.29） in the observation group， Also lower than the control group （7.79±2.16）， （P<0.05）. Besides， The quality of life of the patients in the observation group and their satisfaction with nursing methods were also relatively good， There was significant statistical significance between the data， （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical pathway nursing for patients with cerebral aneurysm surgery has significant effect on improving nursing quality.
