不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效及安全性

摘要：目的：分析临床在使用瑞舒伐他汀钙对老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者治疗的过程中以不同剂量进行治疗的效果。方法：研究所选择患者为70例，在本院2020年2月至2021年7月所接诊患者中选取，通过组内盲选的方式，抽选35例患者，以低剂量进行治疗，作为对照组，余下患者则以达剂量进行治疗，即观察组。分析患者的恢复情况。结果：结合对两组在治疗中的血脂水平以及并发症情况对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论：在使用瑞舒伐他汀钙对老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者展开治疗的过程中以大剂量进行治疗，能够有效保障对该部分患者的治疗效果，帮助患者恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of different doses in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia by using risuvastatin calcium. Methods 70 patients were selected from the Institute. From February 2020 to July 2021， 35 patients were selected by blind selection in the group， and treated with low dose as control group， and the rest patients were treated with the dose reached， namely observation group. The recovery of patients was analyzed. Results the comparison of the blood lipid level and complications in the two groups showed that the observation group had advantages （P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the course of using risuvastatin calcium to treat the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia， the treatment effect of this part of patients can be effectively guaranteed and the patients can be recovered.

老年冠心病合并高脂血癥属于老年人心血管类病症中最为常见的类型，对患者健康所造成的影响较大。在临床治疗的过程中，选择瑞舒伐他汀钙对该部分患者进行治疗为临床最为主要的用药方式，而在使用剂量上，低剂量服用、大剂量服用均存在有较高的使用率[1-2]。本次研究就侧重对不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙在治疗该症中的作用效果进行分析。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究所选择患者为70例，在本院2020年2月至2021年7月所接诊患者中选取，通过组内盲选的方式，抽选35例患者，以低剂量进行治疗，作为对照组，余下患者则以达剂量进行治疗，即观察组。在患者组成方面，对照组中存在有男性患者18例，女性患者17例，年龄分布在64—78岁间，对应均值为（69.47±1.39）。……
