分析乳腺癌改良根治术患者采取围手术期护理干预效果及其对患者情绪、疼痛的影响

摘要：目的 分析乳腺癌改良根治术患者采取围手术期护理干预效果及其对患者情绪、疼痛的影响。方法 选取本院2020年3月-2020年11月期间收治的146例行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者进行研究，并采取随机电脑分号法将其分为对照A组和观察B组，各73例。给予对照A组常规护理措施，观察B组在常规护理的基础上联合使用围手术期护理干预措施，并对两组的心理和疼痛状况以及并发症发生情况进行对比。结果 观察B组SAS、SDS评分、疼痛评分显著的比对照A组的低，并发症总发生率显著的比对照A组低，两组比较均呈显著差异性，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床中给予行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者实施常规护理+围手术期护理的护理模式，能够显著的帮助患者改善焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，能够显著的减轻患者的疼痛感，能够有效的避免发生并发症，值得在临床中广泛的推广和应用。

Objective to analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy and its influence on patients' mood and pain. Methods 146 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital in March 2020 -2020 in November were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into computer control group A and B group，73 cases in each group. The control group A was given routine nursing measures，and the observation group B was given perioperative nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing. The psychological and pain status and complications of the two groups were compared. Results the SAS，SDS score and pain score of observation group B were significantly lower than those of control group A，and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group A. There were significant differences between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion routine nursing plus perioperative nursing care for breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy can significantly improve patients' anxiety and depression，relieve pain and relieve complications. It is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.

现阶段临床中治疗乳腺癌主要采用改良根治术，如果在围手术期给予患者高质量的护理服务，不仅能够有效的对手术成功率进一步提升、对并发症出现的几率进一步降低，还能够有效的对病死率进一步降低【1-2】。本研究选取本院2020年3月-2020年11月期间收治的146例行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，分析乳腺癌改良根治术患者采取围手术期护理干预效果及其对患者情绪、疼痛的影响，取得显著的效果，现将开展过程做如下报道。……
