分析双环形切口保乳手术应用在乳腺癌治疗效果以及临床价值

摘要：目的 对双环形切口保乳手术应用在乳腺癌治疗效果以及临床价值进行分析。方法 选取我院2020年11月-2021年3月期间收治的136例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，并采取随机平均法分为两组，各68例。对照组患者采取常规手术方式进行治疗，而观察组则对患者实施环形切口保乳手术进行治疗，对双环形切口保乳手术的临床治疗效果以及临床价值进行对比分析。结果 同对照组相比，观察组患者术后并发症发生率更低，肿物切除直径与切除组织量更小，对比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 环形切口保乳手术在乳腺癌治疗中的应用可以提高术后患者乳房美观度、减少并发症发生率，治疗效果显著，具有很高的临床应用价值。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect and clinical value of double ring incision breast conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 136 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from November 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research object，and randomly divided into two groups，68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional surgery，while the observation group was treated with circular incision breast conserving surgery. The clinical effect and clinical value of double circular incision breast conserving surgery were compared and analyzed. Results compared with the control group，the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower，and the tumor resection diameter and tissue volume were smaller，with statistical significance（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the application of circular incision breast conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer can improve the postoperative breast beauty，reduce the incidence of complications，the treatment effect is significant，and has high clinical application value.

乳房作為女性的第二性征普遍受到女性的极度重视，而乳腺癌则是危害女性乳房健康的一大常见疾病【1】，虽然男性也有患乳腺癌的可能，不过这一恶性肿瘤疾病最主要还是出现在女性群体中，当前手术治疗是治疗乳腺癌的主要方式，为了更好的保证患者在术后的生活质量【2】，降低患者面对身体残缺的心理压力，主张在治疗的同时尽可能的保乳，近年来保乳手术的应用越来越广泛。常规的保乳手术对乳房的保留作用一般，不利于患者病愈后生活质量的保证【3】，鉴于此本院对双环形切口保乳手术在乳腺癌治疗中的应用展开研究，现将研究过程作如下报道。……
