对优质护理在内分泌甲状腺患者中的护理效果进行研究

摘要：目的 对优质护理在内分泌甲状腺患者中的护理效果进行研究。方法 于本院收治的内分泌甲状腺患者中筛选80例纳入本次研究，根据实施护理方案式不同進行分组，实施常规护理纳入对照组，实施优质护理纳入观察组，对比两组干预效果及护理满意度。结果 对照组护理干预有效率及护理满意度均低于观察组，护理后负性情绪评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对内分泌甲状腺治疗同时实施优质护理，有助于提升护理工作有效性及全面性，改善负性情绪，提升治疗有效性及患者对护理工作满意程度，值得推广并运用于临床护理中。

[Abstract]Objective To study the nursing effect of high quality nursing in patients with endocrine thyroid. Methods 80 cases of endocrine thyroid patients in our hospital were selected and included in this study. According to the implementation of different nursing schemes，they were divided into control group and observation group. The intervention effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results the effective rate of nursing intervention and nursing satisfaction of the control group were lower than those of the observation group，and the score of negative emotion after nursing was lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the implementation of high-quality nursing for endocrine thyroid therapy at the same time can help to improve the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of nursing work，improve negative emotions，improve the effectiveness of treatment and patients' satisfaction with nursing work，which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.

甲状腺对于人体正常新陈代谢发挥着重要的作用，一旦内分泌甲状腺发生异常，对人体的身心健康存在严重影响。鉴于疾病诱发机制复杂，影响因素多，且发病后临床并无明显规律性，临床症状多样化，患者需要程度较大痛苦【1】。目前临床中对于疾病尚无确切治疗方案及有效护理措施，疾病长期治疗效果并不理想。本研究将本院2019年11月-2020年10月收治的内分泌甲状腺患者作为研究对象治疗实施优质护理获得良好应用效果。研究详情现做如下报道。

1 资料和方法
