航修企业制造车间管理系统的设计与实现

摘要：航空修理企业制造车间生产组织特点以多品种、小批量为主，产品结构的复杂度提高和品种持续增加给制造车间生产管理带来混乱，且影响产品的按期交付。基于SPT （SQL pass through/）技术和临时表缓冲技术的客户/服务器系统，采用Visual FoxPro平台实现多用户应用程序开发模式（客户/服務器模式），本文通过设计系统的测试方案及测试用例项目，并将系统各种测试结果与需求通过详细比照进行结果确认，系统测试的内容主要包含系统功能与性能。分析软件系统运行在制造车间生产管理过程中推广应用的实际效果。

Abstract： The characteristics of the production organization in the manufacturing workshop of aviation repair enterprises are mainly multi-varieties and small batches. The complexity of the product structure brings chaos to the production management of the manufacturing workshop and affects the delivery of prouducts on schedule .Based on SPT（SQL Pass Through） technology and the Pro server system ，using Visual Foxpro platform to achieve multi-user application development mode（client/server mode），this paper scheme and test case project ，and the system will be a variey of test results and requirements through detailed comparison of results to confirm， P and performance of the system test. Analyze the actual effect of software system running in manufacturing workshop.

0  引言

各航空修理企业因为行业特殊性，均设置航空零备件制造车间，主要负责装备修理过程中生产线所修的部分零备件、非标件的自主研制和批量生产[1]。航空修理企业的制造车间产品特点主要为品种多、小批量为主，因为产品结构的复杂度高和品种持续增加使车间组织生产管理的难度加大。利用信息技术手段解决管理问题，规范和优化业务流程[2]，缩短供应周期，提高航空零备件支持保障能力。

1  系统和数据库的设计

1.1 系统设计

该生产管理系统应包含3大功能模块：系统设置、原始数据输入、数据查询输出[3-5]。系统设置模块分5个单元：材料牌号、材料标准、工序工种、人员信息、权限管理。原始数据输入模块分9个单元：生产管理、技术准备、定额管理、下料领料、自制工装、工时登记、工装量具库存、设备管理、统计结算。……
