基于Maximo系统的移动审批应用

摘  要：由于企业人员出差及不在办公区域等原因，导致无法登录内网Maximo系统对维修工单、采购申请、隐患报告等进行流程审批，造成工作延误。为优化维修工作效率，通过移动云平台，连接企业内网，实现Maximo系统与移动云系统信息互通。在移动云平台上开发Maximo系统移动审批模块，借助移动云平台进行单据流程审批，并将审批操作回传Maximo系统实现工作流转，实现维修工作审批时效性快速推进。

Mobile Approval Applications Based on the Maximo System

Abstract： Due to business travel and absence from the office area， the enterprise personnel cannot log in to the intranet Maximo system to approve the process of maintenance work order， purchase application and hidden danger report， resulting in work delay. In order to optimize the maintenance efficiency， the enterprise intranet is connected through the mobile cloud platform to realize the information exchange between Maximo system and mobile cloud system. Develop the mobile approval module of Maximo system on the mobile cloud platform， approve the document process with the help of the mobile cloud platform， and return the approval operation to Maximo system to realize work flow and realize the rapid promotion of timeliness of maintenance approval.

全球信息技术已经进入高速发展时期，是全球经济恢复的强大动力。公司在全球化进程中对工作审批时效性的需求也在不断提高，也促使远程管理技术快速发展。以Maximo系统[1]为例，远程管理主要体现在移动审批应用技术实现。使用移动端对日常工作审批管理，是提高整个维修工作快速推进的有效途径。这项技术的核心竞争力集中体现在信息流方面。而Maximo系统移动审批应用技术在推动远程工作管理，解决流程审批时效性方面提供很大帮助，使企业的生产维修管理全过程更加畅通。

1  应用思路概述

在企业移动云[2]系统，建立Maximo系统移动审批应用模块，支持查看本人待审批列表、已审批列表、查看表单详情、审批历史查看、工作流程审批[3]等功能。

1.1 移动审批功能总览

登录移动云系统，在移动端点击“Maximo系统移动审批系统”，显示所有审批应用功能，包括外委项目管理、采购申请、服务通知单、价格协议采购申请、库存共享专项采购申请、机关采购申请、MRP运行管理、变更管理、隐患处理单、事件（事故）管理、年度维修计划变更、非工单承包商服务评价表功能模塊审批。……
