内燃机机械维修中的问题与应对策略

摘要：内燃机作为动力机械设施，现代产业机械化、自动化发展中，内燃机是工业设备运转的动力基础。而在内燃机的运行过程中，受自身的运行损耗以及外部环境影响等，会产生故障问题，维修工作的高效开展是内燃机应用的重要举措。本文对内燃机常见的故障问题及原因展开分析，总结内燃机机械维修的基本原则，并对内燃机机械维修中的常见问题加以研究，针对性提出其应对措施，以推动内燃机机械维修工作的现代化发展。

Abstract： The internal combustion engine is a power machinery facility. In the development of modern industrial mechanization and automation， the internal combustion engine is the power foundation for the operation of industrial equipment. During the operation of the internal combustion engine， due to its own operating losses and external environmental influences， failure problems will occur. The efficient development of maintenance work is an important measure for the application of internal combustion engines. This article analyzes the common failure problems and causes of internal combustion engines， summarizes the basic principles of internal combustion engine mechanical maintenance， and studies common problems in internal combustion engine mechanical maintenance， and proposes countermeasures to promote the modern development of internal combustion engine mechanical maintenance.

0  引言

内燃机是通过燃料的内部燃烧而释放动力能的动力机械设施，是现代动力机械设施运转的核心结构。随着我国机械工程产业的逐渐发展，内燃机的应用种类也不断增多，为我国社会产业的机械化建设提供了动力机械保障。而在内燃机运行的实际过程中，机械维修也是保障内燃机运转的重要举措，是保障内燃机运行状态的重要基础。

1  内燃机常见机械故障问题及其原因分析

内燃机在运行过程中会受多方面的因素影响而导致故障问题的产生，较为常见的故障问题及其原因就主要包含以下方面：第一，油封漏油故障。内燃机作为密闭的动力装置，一旦发生漏油问题，就会对其动力转换产生严重影响，甚至会由于内部漏油，对机械装置产生不利影响。而导致内燃机油封漏油的主要原因就包含了塞环磨损以及轴承烧毁等[1]。……
