汽车制造领域中电气自动化系统的应用研究

摘要：随着自动化技术的快速发展，系统的集成度也随之提高，为汽车产品的制造创造了良好的条件。电气自动化系统在汽车制造中的有效运用，保障了汽车系统的安全稳定性，还有利于故障的诊断分析，其应用前景十分广阔。基于此，本文对电气自动化系统在汽车制造领域中的有效应用进行了探讨，以供参考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of automation technology， the integration of the system has also increased， creating good conditions for the manufacturing of automotive products. The effective application of electrical automation systems in automobile manufacturing ensures the safety and stability of automobile systems， and is also conducive to fault diagnosis and analysis， and its application prospects are very broad. Based on this， this article discusses the effective application of electrical automation systems in the field of automobile manufacturing for reference.

0  引言

汽车行业的智能自动化水平不只是体现在产品管理工作中，还体现在生产制造线上。汽车行业是制造行业的重要组成部分，也属于高技术密集型产业，所涉及到的技術工艺都非常复杂，要将自动化系统更好地应用到汽车制造过程中，就必须要把握市场发展趋势进行技术的革新。

1  电气自动化系统

电气自动化技术经历了很长的发展时期，随着现代科技的快速发展，电气技术也随之发展起来，逐步朝着自动化方向迈进。在上世纪七十年代，通信技术的发展普及，电气自动化也取得很大的进步，备受人们的关注。现如今，电气自动化集成技术发展了起来，能够在较短的时间内实现信息的共享，其与计算机技术的融合，能够对电路系统进行有效监控[1]。汽车电气的自动化也就是在汽车制造该过程中应用电气自动化系统，利用集成电路设计。以使汽车控制系统更加智能化、高效化。同时，在汽车制造中，电气自动化系统的运用，保证了各类零部件生产的精准度。……
