探索电子竞技运动与管理专业人才培养与发展

摘  要：目前，電子竞技运动越来越受欢迎，电子竞技产业发展加快、市场规模巨大、行业产业链逐渐完整，但是存在电子竞技人才缺口大的问题。2016年国家新增了电子竞技运动与管理专业，由于人才培养体系不完善、师资缺乏等问题，电竞专业发展不容乐观。通过分析电竞行业与电子竞技运动与管理专业现状，提出专业人才培养方向与专业发展措施，加强专业组织管理与师资培养，开展校企合作，制定行业标准，培养服务于电竞产业的技能型人才，在电竞产业的各个领域实现就业。

Abstract： At present， E-sports is becoming more and more popular. The development of e-sports industry is speeding up， the market scale is huge， and the industry chain is gradually complete. However， there is a large gap of E-sports talents. In 2016， the country added E-sports and management major. Due to the problems of imperfect talent training system and lack of teachers， the development of E-sports is not optimistic. By analyzing the current situation of e-sports industry and E-sports and management major， this paper puts forward the direction of professional personnel training and professional development measures， strengthens professional organization management and teacher training， carries out school enterprise cooperation， formulates industry standards， cultivates skilled talents serving e-sports industry， and realizes employment in various fields of e-sports industry.

电子竞技运动是采用电子设备作为运动比赛器械，进行人与人之间的智力对抗运动。通过比赛，能够训练比赛者的反应能力、意志力等，是一种体育竞技类活动，有利于增强团队意识。2008年，电子竞技被国家体育总局改批为第78号正式体育竞赛项目。

近年来，电竞比赛广泛进入到人们的视野中，整个电竞行业快速发展，市场规模也不断扩大，行业产业链不断完善，人才需求日益增多。2016年9月，国家教育部在专科目录中新增了电子竞技运动与管理专业，属于教育与体育大类下的体育类，标志着我国正式进入“电竞人才”培养的阶段。2019年，山东体育学院正式开设电竞本科专业并招生。虽然目前电竞行业市场前景广阔、人才缺口大，但是由于是新设置的专业，开设院校不多，存在师资不足、专业知识缺乏、场地实训条件缺少等问题。……
