评估细节护理在神经外科护理中的应用价值

【摘要】目的：观察并评估细节护理应用于神经外科护理时的实际价值。方法：对110例患者进行随机等比例分组，均接受常规护理干预，观察组患者额外提供细节护理干预，观察两组患者各项指标。结果：观察组患者对治疗总满意度为70.91%；对照组总满意度为47.27%；接受护理期间医患纠纷，观察组发生率为1.82%；对照组发生率为20.00%，观察组明显占优；护理期内，观察组患者感染率为0.00%；对照组患者感染率为12.73%，观察组明显占优。计数资料检验结果显示，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论：细节护理应用于神经外科护理的实际应用价值优于常规护理模式，值得临床推广。

Evaluation of the application value of detailed nursing in neurosurgery nursing

[Abstract] Objective： To observe and evaluate the actual value of detailed nursing in neurosurgery nursing. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into equal proportions and all received routine nursing intervention. The observation group was provided with additional detailed nursing intervention and various indicators of the two groups were observed. Results： The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 70.91%； the total satisfaction of the control group was 47.27%； The incidence of doctor-patient disputes during nursing care was 1.82% in the observation group； the incidence of the control group was 20.00 %， the observation group was obviously superior； During the nursing period， the infection rate of the observation group was 0%； the infection rate of the control group was 12.73%， and the observation group was obviously superior. The results of the count data test showed that the P values of the three observation indexes were all less than 0.05， and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The practical application value of detailed nursing in neurosurgery nursing is better than that of conventional nursing model， and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

隨着临床治疗研究的深入发展，一线医护人员发现，护理工作并不仅仅是对治疗的“补充”，而是治疗过程中不可或缺的重要组成部分。本研究围绕对细节护理应用于神经外科护理中具备的实用价值进行评估而展开，现将有关结果进行全面梳理，汇报如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 综述本院神经外科于2019年6月至2020年6月期间共收治110例患者，将之作为分析对象。纳入标准：经临床诊断，确诊为脑外伤（因遭遇车祸等外力冲击，诱发脑震荡、脑挫裂伤、硬膜下血肿、脑干损伤、弥散性轴索损伤、颅骨骨折等症状）、颅内肿瘤、脑血管等神经外科疾病的患者；对本研究蕴含的积极意义表示认同，愿意全程自觉配合（遵守医护人员的指引），并在家属陪同下，签署知情同意书的患者；……
