民航飞机维修故障分析和管理改进的研究

摘要： 伴随着改革开放以来我国经济的飞速发展，人们的生活方式更加丰富，出行变得更加频繁。在这种环境背景下，民航飞机给人们出远门带来了巨大的便利。但是民航飞机在为人们提供优质服务的同时，在工作过程中也会出现一些故障和问题。为了保证乘客和空乘人员的生命安全，需要工作人员在起飞前对其进行维修与故障排查。所以各民航企业应当高度重视民航飞机故障维修，分析民航飞机维修故障的原因，探索新的管理改进的方式，提升飞机的安全性，从而为人们出行提供更安全、更快捷的服务。

Abstract： With the rapid development of my country's economy since the reform and opening up， people's lifestyles have become more abundant and travel has become more frequent. In this environment background， civil aviation planes have brought great convenience for people to travel far away. However， while civil aviation aircrafts provide high-quality services to people， some malfunctions and problems may also occur during the work process. In order to ensure the safety of passengers and flight attendants， it is necessary for staff to repair and troubleshoot them before takeoff. Therefore， civil aviation companies should attach great importance to civil aviation aircraft maintenance， analyze the causes of civil aviation aircraft maintenance failures， explore new management improvements， and improve aircraft safety， so as to provide safer and faster services for people to travel.

0  引言

改革開放以来我国经济水平不断提升，人民的物质生活不仅有了保障，还得到了极大的丰富和扩展，于是人们日常出行的次数变得越来越多。无论是旅行还是出差，都需要使用到交通工具，以往多数人都把火车作为首选。但近几年飞机票价的适当降低，再加上它速度快，舒适度高的特点，使得越来越多的人开始考虑将飞机作为出行的首选。在这样一个社会大环境下，民航企业开始如火如荼地发展，规模和数量都在不断扩大。但是民航飞机在工作的过程中常常会出现一些故障和问题，不仅会对民航企业造成了经济上的损失，严重时可能危及到机组人员和乘客的生命安全。因此民航企业需要高度重视对飞机的日常维修故障分析，针对问题做出及时的改进。……
