生猪散养非洲猪瘟防控措施

摘要：非洲猪瘟是一种病毒性传染性疾病，临床上具有较高接触性，传播渠道多种多样，任何年龄品种的猪对非洲猪瘟病毒均具有易感性，感染病毒后致死率高达100%。目前农村生猪养殖产业发展过程中，由于养殖较为分散，养殖规模相对较小，养殖场的生物安全体系建设不到位，给非洲猪瘟病毒的传播流行提供可乘之机。该文探讨生猪散养非洲猪瘟防控措施。

Prevention and control measures of African swine fever in pig free-range household

Abstract：African swine fever （ASFV）is a kind of virus with high clinical contact and multiple transmission channels. Pigs of any age are susceptible to ASFV and the mortality rate after infection is as high as 100%. At present，in the development of pig breeding industry in rural areas，because of scattered breeding and relatively small scale，the construction of biosecurity system in pig farms is not in place，which provides an opportunity for the spread of African swine fever virus. This paper discusses the prevention and control measures of African swine fever in pig free-range farmers.

非洲猪瘟疫情在我国爆发流行以来，对生猪养殖产业造成巨大损失。1921年该种病毒性传染性疾病首次爆发流行于肯尼亚，随后在欧洲、大洋洲等地区广泛传播流行。2018年8月，辽宁沈阳报告第1例非洲猪瘟感染，然后陆续传播至其他省份。非洲猪瘟疫情传播流行，对生猪健康生长构成的影响较大，常会造成大范围的猪群死亡，严重阻碍生猪养殖业健康发展。我国农村地区生猪养殖业点多面广，基层地区的动物防疫人员数量相对较少，给非洲猪瘟防控工作带来了很大难题，怎样引导养殖户开展非洲猪瘟防控，成为提高生猪养殖水平的关键环节。在疾病防控过程中，应指导养殖户充分掌握非洲猪瘟的流行特点，还应认识到非洲猪瘟病毒具有极强的变异能力，需要从多个方面入手，构建综合性的防控方案，达到最佳的防控效果。

1病原学特征

非洲猪瘟能在自然环境中长时间存活，抵抗能力相对较强，病毒属于DNA病毒，DNA在复制过程中变异能力相对较强。……
