畜牧养殖中饲料安全问题

摘要：饲料是畜牧养殖的重要环节，占到养殖成本的70%以上，饲料的安全与否会对动物健康生长发育及养殖效益的提升有着重要影响。目前饲料中的诸多不安全因素普遍存在，严重威胁到饲料安全和动物养殖安全。需要不断加快推广和普及新型的饲料技术，提高饲养管理人员的综合素质，转变传统的生产模式，加快构建完善的饲料安全监管体系，才能更好地推动饲料生产的健康可持续性。该文探讨畜牧养殖中的饲料安全问题，并提出了相应的解决措施。

Feed Safety Issues in Animal Husbandry

Abstract：Feed is an important part of animal husbandry，accounting for more than 70% of the cost of breeding. The safety of feed has an important impact on the healthy growth and development of animals and the improvement of breeding benefits. At present，due to the lack of farmers' knowledge of feed hygiene，lack of professional ethics in feed production，and misunderstandings in operation，many unsafe factors in feed are widespread，which seriously threatens feed safety and animal breeding safety. It is necessary to continuously accelerate the promotion and popularization of new feed technologies，improve the overall quality of feeding and management personnel，transform the traditional production mode，and accelerate the construction of a sound feed safety supervision system in order to better promote the health and sustainability of feed production. This paper discusses the problem of feed safety in animal husbandry and proposes corresponding solutions.

畜牧養殖管理过程中，饲料问题一直是热点焦点问题，饲料生产加工销售和使用过程中任何一个环节出现问题将会对饲料品质构成严重威胁，导致生产的动物制品不符合相关质量要求，存在不同程度的药物残留。近年我国关于饲料安全生产的重视程度不断增强，并出台了一系列法律法规，但从总体情况分析，饲料生产领域仍然存在着诸多不安全因素，制约饲料生产企业和畜牧业健康发展。

1内蒙古化德县畜牧养殖中饲料安全现状

近年，内蒙古化德县的畜牧养殖产业不断向前发展，为更好地推进畜牧养殖业可持续发展，提升发展效率，当地畜牧兽医部门严厉打击假冒伪劣饲料和违法添加添加剂的行为，保证饲料业健康持续安全发展。对饲料生产企业严格监管，严把饲料市场准入关和准出关，加强本地区饲料生产企业的严格管理，做好年度资格审查，对进厂的原料和出厂的产品进行分批次检验检疫，确保每个批次的饲料都达到合法良好健康的效果。……
