我国茶叶科技“十三五”进展及 “十四五”发展思考

【编者按】  “十三五”期间，我国茶叶科技在众多领域取得重大进展，依靠茶叶科技创新，茶产业得以实现高质量发展，成为助力农民增收和多地脱贫攻坚的支柱产业。当前，我国正处于实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇期，也是重要战略机遇期。为了分析我国茶叶科技发展趋势，探讨“十四五”茶科技发展方向、目标和重点任务，谋划“十四五”茶叶科技发展蓝图，让茶科技更好地服务于茶产业，使茶产业成为乡村振兴的支柱产业，《中国茶叶》特开辟“‘十四五’中国茶科技展望”专栏，邀请全国茶界专家总结、分析我国茶叶科技各领域“十三五”进展，并对“十四五”发展方向和重点任务进行展望、规划，助推我国茶产业高质量健康发展。

摘要：总结了“十三五”以来我国茶叶科技取得的重要成就，分析了茶产业、茶学学科发展趋势以及茶产业对科技的需求，在此基础上，提出了“十四五”期间我国茶叶科技发展的建议，以期为我国茶产业的高质量发展和茶叶科技的进步提供决策参考。

Progress of Tea Science and Technology in

China and Meditation on Its Development

during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract： This article summarized the important achievements of science and technology in tea industry of China

since the 13th Five-Year， analyzed the development trend of tea industry， tea science and the demand for science and

technology. On this basis， suggestions on the development of tea industry science and technology during the "14th

Five-Year Plan" period were put forward in order to provide a reference for the high quality development of tea industry

and the improvement of tea science and technology in China.

茶产业是富民产业、生态产业、健康产业、文化产业。“十三五”以来，我国茶产业发展迅速，生产规模不断扩大，综合产值不断提升，在实施脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴中发挥了重要作用。目前我国茶叶种植面积、生产总量、消费总量、出口额均位居世界第一。与此同时，我国茶叶科技取得了长足的进步，有力地支撑了我国茶产业的快速、高质量发展。……
