摘要:汽车检测设备是针对汽车装置进行动力检测以及安全性能检测的主要装置,通过汽车检测内容的实施,完成对汽车性能的整体评估。而在现代化汽车检测设备应用过程中,传统的检测设备已经不能够满足现代化汽车检测工作的需求,要求汽车检测应该朝向机电一体化方向发展,超智能化方向发展,实现汽车检测设备效率升级。本文笔者针对汽车检测设备机电一体化技术进行分析研究,文章中简要阐述汽车检测机电一体化的需求,总结汽车检测设备、并对汽车检测设备机电一体化关键问题进行分析,同时也提出相应的解决策略。
Abstract: Vehicle detection equipment is the main device for the dynamic detection and safety detection of vehicle devices. Through the implementation of vehicle detection content, complete the overall assessment of vehicle performance. However, in the application of modern automobile testing equipment, the traditional testing equipment can no longer meet the needs of modern automobile testing work, which requires that automobile testing should be developed in the direction of mechatronics engineering and super-intelligent, to upgrade the efficiency of automobile testing equipment. In this paper, the author analyzes and studies the mechatronics engineering technology of automobile inspection equipment, and briefly describes the requirements of automobile inspection mechatronics engineering, this paper summarizes the automobile test equipment, analyzes the key problems of the automobile test equipment, and puts forward the corresponding solving strategies, and analyzes the key problems of the automobile test equipment, and puts forward the mechatronics engineering of the automobile test equipment.

0 引言
汽車检测设备机电一体化技术应用是现代汽车工业发展的主要方向,主要目的是提升汽车检测的精度和效率。而在汽车检测设备机电一体化建立过程中,检测设备一体化建立过程中还存在一定高度问题。如,传统检测仪器的升级问题、检测信号获取问题以及市值误差等问题,都影响到检测设备机电一体化的建立效果。所以,在一体化设计过程中,应该注重对相关问题进行有效的解决,提升汽车检测设备一体化检测效率,创新汽车检测流程。
