新时代教育背景下“家长课堂”的必要性研究

摘要：新时代新形势，改革开放和社会主义现代化建设、促进人的全面发展和社会全面进步对教育和学习提出了新的更高的要求。在新时代教育背景下，当今家庭教育存在着很多问题，观念比较落后和陈旧、教育无用和过度，教育方法脱节。所以教育界认识到，如果想取得教育改革的成功，这其中必不能缺少广大家长对此的认同和积极参与。于是“家校共育”这一概念诞生了，我国的教育工作者在此基础上建立了多样式的关于家校合作的平台、和相关的机制，并举办了各式各样的家校合作活动。但是我国对推进家庭教育知识的普及和实行家庭教育指导的主要阵地，其成效没有得到充分发挥，并没有使教育资源发挥作用。如何有效的发挥其作用，挖掘潜力，让家庭教育的普及真正落地，将家庭教育和学校教育二者紧密地有机结合起来，这些都值得我们展开深入研究。

Abstract： In the new era and new situation， reform and opening up， socialist modernization and promoting people's all-round development and social progress have put forward new and higher requirements for education and learning. Under the background of education in the new era， there are many problems in today's family education， such as backward and old ideas， useless and excessive education， and disconnection of educational methods. Therefore， the educational circles realize that if we want to achieve the success of educational reform， we must not lack the recognition and active participation of the majority of parents. Therefore， the concept of "home school co education" was born. On this basis， educators in China have established various platforms and related mechanisms for home school cooperation， and held a variety of home school cooperation activities. However， China's main position to promote the popularization of family education knowledge and the implementation of family education guidance has not been brought into full play， and educational resources have not played a role. How to effectively play its role， tap its potential， make the popularization of family education really fall into the ground， and organically combine family education and school education， these are worthy of our in-depth research.

一、前言

家庭教育是學校教育和社会教育的基础。伟大的人民教育家陶先知先生曾说过：“教人要从小教起，幼儿比如幼苗，培养得宜，方能发芽滋长。”这其中又与家长对此的认知水准、教育思想、责任等内容有关。因此，完善家庭教育，实现双向，使家庭教育和学校教育之间形成良好的循环，才能收到事半功倍的教育成效。
