对脑出血患者进行系统性院前急救护理与多学科协作式院内急救护理的效果

【摘要】目的：探讨系统性院前急救护理与多学科协作式院内急救护理对脑出血患者的应用效果。方法：选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院急诊收治的脑出血患者80例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数均为40例。对照组患者采用常规院前急救护理和院内急救护理，观察组患者采用系统性院前急救护理与多学科协作式院内急救护理，比较这两种方法对脑出血患者的急救护理效果。结果：经过数据分析可以发现，观察组患者的院前急救时间、院内急救时间、抢救成功率和并发症发生率，与对照组患者的相关数据，均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用系统性院前急救护理与多学科协作式院内急救护理，可以显著缩短脑出血患者院前和院内的急救时间，使脑出血患者的抢救成功率和护理安全性明显提高，值得在今后的急救工作中进一步推广。

Effect of systematic pre-hospital emergency care and multidisciplinary cooperative in-hospital emergency care for patients with cerebral hemorrhage

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application effect of systematic pre hospital emergency nursing and multidisciplinary collaborative hospital emergency nursing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups， 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine pre hospital emergency care and hospital emergency care， while the patients in the observation group were treated with systematic pre hospital emergency care and multidisciplinary collaborative hospital emergency care， and the emergency care effects of these two methods on patients with cerebral hemorrhage were compared. Results： after data analysis， it can be found that the observation group of patients with pre hospital emergency time， hospital emergency time， rescue success rate and complication rate， and the control group of patients with relevant data， there are significant differences， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion： the use of systematic pre hospital emergency nursing and multidisciplinary collaborative hospital emergency nursing can significantly shorten the pre hospital and hospital emergency time of patients with cerebral hemorrhage， significantly improve the rescue success rate and nursing safety of patients with cerebral hemorrhage， which is worthy of further promotion in the future emergency work.

隨着近些年我国逐渐步入老龄化社会，使老年疾病的急救工作，成为了各大医院关注的焦点。而脑出血作为中老年人的常见病症，其发病原因通常与高血压、脑动脉瘤、脑动静脉畸形和血管发育畸形密切相关，会导致患者出现昏迷、偏瘫和失语等临床症状，使患者的身体状况显著下降，对患者的生命安全造成极大的威胁。本文详细探讨了系统性院前急救护理与多学科协作式院内急救护理对脑出血患者的应用效果，以此为增强该类患者的急救护理水平提供信息参考，具体的研究内容如下。……
