建筑结构工程质量缺陷原因及防治措施

摘    要：进行建筑工程工作所需要的知识比较复杂并且涉的领域也很广泛，所以具有很强的专业性，而且在工作中要求有丰富的经验作支撑，所以说建筑工程工作是不容易而且很复杂的工作。因为建筑工程的工作非常的复杂，所以说在建筑工程中建筑结构工程的质量问题在一些环节上就可能会出现问题，比如，建筑的设计和施工的过程之中都有可能会因为一些原因造成这个质量的问题。比如，在建筑设计的阶段，假如没有对各项数据掌握的很清楚，在设计的时候可能会产生一个结构上的失误，最后造成质量上不好。还有在项目的实施阶段如果前期工作已经做得很好了，那么在后期施工中如果施工的技术达不到要求，或者是使用的材料不能达到最初的目的，都有可能会产生一个建筑结构工程质量的问题。为了避免这些问题的发生，必须在工作中严格要求，找出这些问题，进行解决。

Abstract： The knowledge required for construction engineering work is complex and involves a wide range of fields， so it has strong professionalism， and it requires rich experience as support in the work. Therefore， construction engineering work is hard and complex. Therefore， in the construction engineering， the quality problem of building structure engineering may appear in some links， such as the quality problem may be caused by some reasons in the process of building design and construction. For example， in the stage of architectural design， if you do not have a clear grasp of various data， there may be a structural error in the design， resulting in poor quality. In addition， in the implementation stage of the project， if the preliminary work has been done well， then in the later construction， if the construction technology can not meet the requirements， or the materials used can not achieve the original purpose， there may be a problem of building structure engineering quality. In order to avoid the occurrence of these problems， we must be strict in our work， find out these problems and solve them.

一、引言

造成建筑结构工程质量缺陷的原因肯定是多种多样的，因为建筑工程就是一个很庞大的工程，从项目的确立再到项目的完工都是需要很长的周期的，而且所要做的工作是方方面面的，原因也是多种多样的。一旦出现了問题所造成的后果其实是很严重的，不仅会耽误工期，还会影响建筑后期的使用，造成更大的财物损失甚至是人员伤亡[1]。……
