沧州科技型中小企业融资途径拓展研究

【摘  要】随着信息科技的飞速发展，科技型中小企业成为我国开展创新发展的主要动力。国家以及政府对科技型中小企业的建立、经营以及发展提供的支持和帮助，为我国产业结构的优化奠定了基础，同时，也确保了我国经济发展的质量，促进了经济效益以及国家科技创新水平的提升。论文通过对沧州科技型中小企业的简要概述，对科技型中小企业的融资路径进行分析，并为科技型中小企业融资路径提出建议，以期能够为促进科技型中小企业发展奠定基础。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of information technology， technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main driving force of innovation development in China. The support and assistance provided by the state and the government to the establishment， operation and development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises has laid a foundation for the optimization of China's industrial structure. At the same time， it also ensures the quality of China's economic development and promotes the improvement of economic benefits and the level of national scientific and technological innovation. Through a brief overview of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Cangzhou， this paper analyzes the financing path of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises， and puts forward suggestions for the financing path of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises， so as to lay a foundation for promoting the development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.

1 引言

随着我国社会主义经济市场的快速发展，科技创新也越来越受到重视，从而使得科技型中小企业的数量与日俱增。与此同时，促进我国经济发展、提升生产力水平的主要模块便是对科技进行的创新。目前，沧州市的经济正在快速的发展，而且科技型中小企业对经济发展的作用也越来越重要，但是，沧州的科技型中小企业此时却由于资金不足，使得企业的发展速度缓慢，进而阻碍了沧州的经济发展。所以，对于沧州科技型中小企业融资途径的拓展势在必行。

2 沧州科技型中小企业融资现状

科技型中小企业主要指的是：企业中所具有的员工数量在500人之内，企业的年收入在2亿元之内，同时企业资产的总额也在2亿元的一个具有高新技术的企业。科技型中小企业在经营发展过程中，每当需要使用资金时，企业的股东都会通过对自有资本的调动来解决企业经营发展过程中资金短缺的问题。……
