资源型城市的可持续发展

【摘  要】资源型城市的可持续发展是我国经济发展过程中主要思考的问题，山东济宁是我国拥有较多资源的城市，且很多的资源也已经进入了衰竭期，因为产业结构单一以及经济结构不合理等问题，出现了严重的资源浪费现象。所以，为改善当地环境，保证资源型城市的可持续发展，需要将节能减排和环境治理工作相互结合，缓解资源转型压力。基于此，论文首先探讨了资源型城市可持续发展的意义，然后分析了资源型城市可持续发展中主要面临的问题，进而提出了促使资源型城市可持续发展的主要执行对策，以供相关人士交流借鉴。

【Abstract】The sustainable development of resource-based cities is the main consideration in the process of China's economic development. Jining in Shandong Province is a city with many resources in China， and many resources have entered the exhaustion stage. Because of the single industrial structure and unreasonable economic structure and other problems， there has been a serious waste of resources. Therefore， in order to improve the local environment and ensure the sustainable development of resource-based cities， it is necessary to combine energy conservation and emission reduction with environmental governance to relieve the pressure of resource transformation. Based on this， this paper firstly discusses the significance of sustainable development of resource-based cities， then analyzes the main problems in the sustainable development of resource-based cities， and puts forward the main implementation countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of resource-based cities， for the exchange and reference of relevant people.

1 引言

资源型城市的产业结构和可持续发展受到广泛关注，山东济宁作为资源大市，在近几年开发和利用中出现资源的短缺现象。例如，煤炭资源作为主要资源，在不同发展时期都作出很大贡献，但是，资源枯竭问题也十分严峻，所以，为保证资源型城市的可持续发展，需要在工作中借鉴先进经验，以促使城市的稳定发展。

2 资源型城市可持续发展的意义

第一，资源型城市可持续发展能够促使产业链的延伸。产业链延伸是基于资源开发条件，并利用资源的优势进行产业的深度开发，保证产业链扩展的同时促使资源产出价值的增强。同时，在工业化经济发展下，还需要加大力度对产业基地进行优化，充分发挥制造业的发展优势，有效改变产业比重大的情况。……
