内镜下修复鼻骨骨折合并偏曲美学效果分析

[摘要]目的：探讨内镜下鼻骨骨折合并偏曲美学修复效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2020年7月笔者医院收治的80例鼻骨骨折合并偏曲患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为观察组（n=40，鼻内镜治疗）及对照组（n=40，传统手术复位治疗），观察两组患者的手术时间，术后6个月鼻通气功能、外形美学及并发症情况。结果：观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组鼻部通气功能及美学评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：内镜下鼻骨骨折合并偏曲修复效果确切，能够提高疗效、缩短手术时间、改善患者预后，有着良好的美学效果，临床应用价值较高。

Analysis of Aesthetic Repair Effect of Nasal Bone Fracture with Deviation Under Endoscope

Abstract： Objective  To explore the aesthetic effect of endoscopic repair of nasal bone fracture combined with deviation. Methods  From February 2018 to July 2020， patients with nasal bone fracture combined with deviation 80 cases as the research objects our hospital， and were divided into the observation group （n=40， endoscopic therapy） and the control group （n=40， traditional operation reduction treatment） by random number table number table methed. The operation time， nasal ventilation function， appearance aesthetics and complications of the two groups were analyzed 6 months after operation. Results  Compared with the control group， the operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The nasal ventilation function and aesthetic scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion  The endoscopic repair of nasal bone fracture combined with deviation is effective. It could improve the curative effect， shorten the operation time and improved the prognosis of patients， with aesthetic effect and high clinical application value.

鼻骨骨折合并偏曲是整形外科常見疾病，若得不到及时治疗，不仅影响美观，同时还影响通气、嗅觉等功能，影响患者正常生活[1]。手术是治疗鼻骨骨折合并偏曲的有效方式，能够使组织结构重建，恢复鼻部外形及功能[2]。鼻是五官中最突出的部位，轻微的畸形就会严重影响面部美观，鼻骨骨折合并偏曲修复过程中如何做到功能与美学兼顾一直是临床所面临的重要问题[3]。既往主要通过单纯鼻骨骨折复位术或分期手术进行治疗，存在预后效果不够理想，费用高、时间长等问题[4-5]。相关研究报道，内镜下进行鼻骨骨折合并偏曲治疗，更有利于患者鼻功能改善及美学修复。在本次研究中对鼻内镜下鼻骨骨折合并偏曲美学修复效果进行分析，现报道如下。

1  资料和方法

1.1 临床资料：选取2018年2月-2020年7月笔者医院收治的80例鼻骨骨折合并偏曲患者为研究对象。纳入标准：①经临床及CT、X线等诊断为鼻骨骨折合并偏曲;②外伤性鼻骨骨折合并偏曲;③精神正常，意识清晰，能够积极配合治疗;④首次治疗的患者。……
