基于数据挖掘探讨李逸群教授治疗膝骨关节炎的用药规律

【摘 要】 目的：基于中医传承辅助平台（TCMISS）软件，探讨李逸群教授治疗膝骨关节炎中药处方的用药规律。方法：收集近2年李逸群教授治疗膝骨关节炎的中药处方，应用关联规则apriori算法和复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘的方法，分析治疗膝骨关节炎的各中药处方中药物的使用频次、四气五味、归经以及药物间的关联规则，并挖掘出中药核心组合和新处方。结果：对筛选出的137个中药处方进行总结归纳和分析，确定所有处方中各中药的使用频次、四气五味、归经以及药物间的关联规则，挖掘出8个中药核心组合和4个新处方。结论：李逸群教授治疗膝骨关节炎常用的药物为活血化瘀药、祛风湿散寒药和补血药等，归经主要为肝、肾两经，具有活血通经、补益肝肾、祛风除湿、补血活血功效的药物为其主要组成部分。

A Study of Medication Rule of Professor Li Yiqun in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Data Mining Approach

Abstract：

Objective Based on the Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS）， this paper discusses the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by professor Li Yiqun. Method Collecting the herbal prescriptions of Professor Li Yiqun for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the past two years， then the data were entered into TCMISS and composition principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information， complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. The frequency， the distribution of nature and flavor，the meridian entry distribution， association rules among the herbs and the core combinations in these recipes were analyzed.Result Based on the analysis of 137 herbal prescriptions， the frequency and meridian entry distributions of each herb were found， association rules among the herbs were computed， 8 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by professor Li Yiqun consist of blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal， wind-dampness-dispelling and cold-dispersing medicinal， and blood-tonifying medicinal. The meridian entry distributions of herbs are composed of liver meridian and kidney meridian. The method of treatment for knee osteoarthritis are activate blood and resolve stasis， regulate the liver and supplement the kidney，  wind-dampness-dispelling and cold-dispersing， and blood-tonifying.

膝骨關节炎（Knee osteoarthritis，KOA）是一种以膝关节周围软骨退行性改变、磨损、破坏以及骨质增生等为主要病变特征的慢性膝骨关节疾病[1-3]，属于中医学“膝痹”“痹证”等范畴，其主要的临床症状为膝关节疼痛、肿胀和关节功能活动受限，严重者甚至会出现关节积液、关节僵硬等症状[4-6]。KOA病程的进展相对较为缓慢，好发于中老年女性人群，近年来KOA的临床发病率呈现出上升的趋势，所以其最佳治疗方案的选择也是当前关节外科医生面临的热点问题之一。……
