基于CDIO理念的《环境规划与管理》课程教学改革与探索

摘要：随着新时代各项科技的不断创新，以及现代教育改革和素质教育发展，现阶段所存在的传统教学模式已难以满足《环境规划与管理》这一教学课程对于创新性、实践性的培养需求，因此可参考CDIO教育模式所涵盖的工程理念，构建出符合现状的环境工程类人才的教育培养体系。文章首先论述本课程的教育背景，并分析基于培养创新能力和实践能力的课程教学改革的必要性和可行性，然后结合课程教材内容提出可与教材配套的可应用虚拟仿真技术的教学方法模式，以便于学生自主性和创新实践能力的全面培养，建立起多层次的课程教学实践平台。

Abstract： With the continuous innovation of various technologies in the new era， as well as the development of modern education reform and quality-oriented education， the existing traditional teaching mode at the present stage has been unable to meet the training needs of the teaching course Environmental Planning and Management for innovation and practicality. Therefore， the engineering concepts covered by CDIO education mode can be referred to. Construct the education and training system of environmental engineering talents in line with the current situation. This paper discusses the course of education background， and analysis based on cultivating innovative ability and practical ability of the necessity and feasibility of curriculum reform， and then to put forward with the combination of curriculum content and teaching materials supporting the application of virtual simulation technology methods of teaching mode， so that the student autonomy and innovative practice ability of comprehensive training， establish a multi-level teaching practice platform.

1教改背景

黨的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央十分重视国家的生态文明建设，把生态文明建设作为统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局的重要内容，提出了一系列新观点和新论断，形成了习近平生态文明思想，推动我国环境保护和生态文明建设进入了新的历史发展时期。同时，这一新思想也为我国高校提高生态环境类专业人才培养质量、开展相关课程教育教学改革指明方向并提供遵循。环境规划与管理的课程教学必须要符合并反映出习近平总书记关于生态文明思想建设提出的科学理论，牢记“生态兴则文明兴”，牢记“绿水青山就是金山银山”，实现对人与自然和谐共处意识的深刻记忆;牢记“良好生态环境是最普惠的民生福祉”，牢记“实行最严格生态环境保护制度”，树立对生态环境保护理念的良好社会风气[1]。……
