预见性风险管理护理模式在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中的应用研究

摘要：目的 研究预见性风险管理护理模式在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中的应用效果。方法 从我院随机挑选2019年3月-2021年5月收治的68例急诊异位妊娠手术患者，并分为常规组（n=34）和研究组（n=34），对常规组实施常规护理，对研究组实施预见性风险管理护理。对两组患者术后并发症发生情况进行观察。结果 研究组患者术后并发症总发生率为2.94%，常规组患者术后并发症总发生率为17.65%，研究组患者术后并发症发生情况要明显好于常规组（p<0.05）。结论 在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中，利用预见性风险管理护理模式，具有良好的护理效果，有效降低了并发症发生率，值得临床应用。

【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the application effect of predictive risk management nursing mode in emergency ectopic pregnancy operation. Methods 68 patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy surgery were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021，and were divided into routine group（n=34）and study group（n=34）. Routine nursing was performed in the routine group，and predictive risk management nursing was performed in the study group. The postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications was 2.94% in the study group and 17.65% in the conventional group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly better than that in the conventional group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The predictive risk management nursing model in emergency ectopic pregnancy has good nursing effect and effectively reduces the incidence of complications，which is worthy of clinical application.

異位妊娠，属于妇产科常见急腹症，患者具有阴道出血、停经、腹痛等临床症状，且容易并发贫血、休克等，具有较大危害。在临床中，治疗异位妊娠主要是利用急诊手术治疗，由于异位妊娠患者病情危急，且进展相对较快，临床中需要提前做好护理工作，配合手术顺利进行。因此，在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中，可以通过预见性风险管理护理模式，弥补常规护理缺乏预见性的问题，有效降低并发症发生率，提升护理干预效果。下文对预见性风险管理护理模式在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中的应用效果进行观察，详细如下。
