传统加工与数控加工技术在机械行业的发展与应用

摘要：本文阐述机械加工从传统的加工模式到数控加工的历史进程，对不同的加工模式的加工工艺、热变形和刀具路径等不同方面进行了具体的比较。传统的加工过程效率比较低，数控加工对比下就显得非常高效，而且自动化程度很高，很适合一些形状复杂、精度要求高的零件进行具体的加工。数控加工技术是在传统加工技术的基础上发展起来的，传统加工是数控加工的必要历程。但无论如何发展，机械行业零部件的加工永远需要传统加工和数控加工，两者缺一不可的。机械加工技术发展无止境，机械研究的探索方向需要进行长期的思考和总结。

Abstract： This article describes the historical process of machining from traditional machining mode to CNC machining， and compares the different aspects of machining technology， thermal deformation and tool path of different machining modes. The efficiency of the traditional machining process is relatively low. Compared with CNC machining， it is very efficient and has a high degree of automation. It is very suitable for specific machining of some parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements. Numerical control processing technology is developed on the basis of traditional processing technology， and traditional processing is the necessary course of numerical control processing. But no matter how it develops， the machining of parts in the machinery industry will always require traditional machining and CNC machining， both of which are indispensable. The development of mechanical processing technology is endless， and the exploration direction of mechanical research requires long-term thinking and summary.

0  引言

数控加工技术基于数字控制技术，计算机编程技术作为辅助技术，在数控机床中应不断更新技术，数控加工也使机械工人加工完成各种工件。自世界上第一款数控机床发布以来，数控加工技术已在加工行业中站住了重要的地位，已成为机械加工的关键技术。目前，在大多数加工车间，数控设备占据着非常重要的位置，数控加工能提供更高效和高度的自动化，尤其是各种小巧复杂高难度的零件，一般都能找到行之有效的方法。

1  传统与数控这两个加工模式的特点

数控加工是基于传统加工的一种新的加工模式，它在加工技术和方法上更加成熟，还可以把新技术和现代化的控制系统真正融合在传统的加工模式中，让数控加工真正实现智能化的效果。……
