小学阶段德育资源的探究与利用

【摘    要】当前阶段，我国正处于社会转型的关键时期，各类文化思潮快速涌来，对广大学生正确价值观念的形成产生了一定影响。对于小学阶段的学生来讲，其各种思想体系、道德观念并未完全形成，如果受社会观念的冲击影响，很有可能会影响小学生的未来。研究小学阶段德育资源的利用具有积极的社会意义，希望本文能够对相关教育工作者产生一定启示。

【Abstract】At this stage， our country is in a critical period of social transformation， and various cultural thoughts are emerging rapidly， which has a certain impact on the formation of correct values of the majority of students. For primary school students， their various ideological systems and moral concepts have not been fully formed. If it is affected by the impact of social concepts， it is likely to affect the future development of primary school students. Research on the use of moral education resources at the elementary level has positive social significance. I hope that the publication of this article will give some enlightenment to relevant educators.

一、当前阶段小学德育教学工作中所出现的问题

（一）德育资源陈旧，教师缺乏时代感

长期以来，德育教学都是小学阶段的一项重点教学内容，是在每个学校中都必须开设的重要课程。经过多年探索和实践，德育教学已经取得了初步成效。从其具体特点来看，德育教材相对固定、有着较为完整、系统性的教学网络，降低了德育教学工作难度。但任何事物发展都需要从两个方面来看，在正视到其所带来的积极作用同时，也需要看到其中所存在的弊端。其中，最为明显的便是德育资源传递性的问题。许多德育资源较为老旧，并没有根据时代发展变化和主流思想进行针对性调整，从而导致其难以有效满足学生发展需求。和学生日常生活联系不够紧密，学生难以对其形成正确认识和理解。

（二）德育资源说教色彩明显，易激起学生的反感

在素质教育背景深刻影响下，教学活动中充分发挥了“以人为本”所产生的积极作用。……
