新时代小学生劳动教育问题及对策研究

【摘    要】随着时代社会的不断发展，新时代的教学方式较之前传统教学有了明显的转变。新课标要求教师加强对学生各方面能力的全面指导，争取让学生德智体美劳全面发展，教师在教学过程中应当重视培养学生的劳动能力，要针对劳动教育的具体实施做出系统的教学规划。本文通过对当下新时代中学校劳动教育现存问题的分析，提出几点帮助学生完善强化劳动教育的意见，力求以具体措施，改善现如今教育行业对学生劳动教育不重视的思想。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Labor Education for Primary School Pupils

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the society of the times， the teaching methods of the new era have changed significantly compared with the traditional teaching before. The new curriculum standard requires teachers to strengthen comprehensive guidance for students in all aspects of abilities， and strive for the comprehensive development of students' morality， intelligence， physical education， art and labor. Teachers should pay attention to cultivating students' labor ability in the teaching process，  and make a systematic teaching plan for the specific implementation of labor education. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of labor education in middle schools in the current new era， this article puts forward some suggestions to help students improve and strengthen labor education， and strive to take specific measures to improve the current thinking that the education industry does not pay attention to student labor education.

一、新時代下小学生学校劳动教育的问题

（一）对于学生的劳动能力培养重视不足

在当今的教育背景下，小学劳动教育被大大地忽视了。学校和家长普遍存在着不重视小学劳动能力教学的现象，无论是在学校或者家中，小学生普遍没有参与劳动。家长认为学生只要专心学业即可，而学校作为学习场所，也很少对学生劳动能力培养开设专门的课程，学生仅有的劳动机会也只是学校规定的打扫教师或包干区等，不足以满足学生劳动教育的需求。

（二）劳动教育与德育的结合不足

小学劳动教育应当立足于学校的德育及实践教育之中。小学劳动教育不应当仅仅是打扫卫生或其他毫无意义的体力活。小学的劳动教育应当充分将劳动教育与德育相结合，让学生在劳动的过程中得到教育，对劳动有所思考，在劳动过后能对生活和学习有所启发。……
