红色文化资源在学校德育中的运用

【摘  要】红色文化资源是中国共产党领导人民所创造的体系化的文化内容，蕴含了伟大的民族精神，是一种难能可贵的文化教育资源。在小学德育开展中融入红色文化资源，具有较强的现实意义，尤其小学生处于思想素养发展的初级阶段，利用红色文化资源对小学生进行德育，能够有效帮助小学生树立正确的德育观念，本文就此展开论述。

【Abstract】The red cultural resource is a systematic cultural content created by the people under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. It contains a great national spirit and is a rare cultural and educational resource. The development of red cultural resources in primary school moral education has strong practical significance， especially primary school students are in the initial stage of ideological development. Using red cultural resources to carry out moral education to primary school students can effectively help primary school students to establish correct moral education concepts. This article will discuss this.

一、系统学习，提升教学水平

小学生是红色文化的传承人，应注意从小学阶段就开始对学生进行红色文化的德育工作，将红色教育资源合理运用在小学德育教学工作中，以此发挥出高效的育人作用。若想有效提高学生的红色文化学习能力，教师需要进行系统性学习，以此提高红色资源与德育教学的融合能力，并确保更加高效地将红色资源在德育教学环节进行运用。结合甘肃张掖民乐县红色文化进行分析，本地有孙振铎故居、红军窑洞、永固城遗址、河西解放纪念馆等，具有较强的红色文化底蕴。在对教师进行系统化培训的过程中，应引导教师学习本县的红色文化，让教师对每个红色地点都有一个完整的认知，并逐步形成认知体系，使教师对民乐县的所有红色文化内容形成理解，并将这部分红色文化内容在教学中进行灵活运用，使学生能够提高对这部分知识的学习能力，以此达到提高学生德育素养的目的。……
