预见性护理对降低阴道分娩产后出血的护理效果

【摘 要】目的：针对阴道分娩产后出血患者采用预见性护理后的效果进行探究。方法：本次研究中，选取2017年6月至2020年5月本院诊治的50例阴道分娩产后出血患者，对照组患者采用常规护理的方案，研究组患者则需要开展预见性护理的方案开展干预，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果：护理后，在预见性护理干预下，研究组患者在产后2h以及产后24h出血量方面，分别为（83.49±12.32）ml以及（139.53±14.28）ml，对照组分别为（140.38±22.78）ml以及（250.15±21.32）ml，差异显著（P<0.05）；从护理满意度来看，研究组患者達到了96%，对照组患者仅为76%，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：在目前的临床护理工作中，针对阴道分娩产后出血患者的护理中，通过开展预见性护理，可以对患者的产后出血量进行有效控制，实现患者满意度的提升，改善患者的生存质量，在临床中有着较高的推广价值。

Nursing effect of predictive nursing on reducing postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of predictive nursing on patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery. Methods： In this study， 50 cases of vaginal delivery and postpartum hemorrhage patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care plan， and the patients in the study group needed to carry out predictive care plan for intervention.To compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results： After nursing， under the predictive nursing intervention， the bleeding volume of the patients in the study group was （83.49±12.32）ml and （139.53±14.28）ml， respectively， in the 2h postpartum and 24h postpartum， and the control group was （140.38±22.78）ml respectively and （250.15±21.32）ml， the difference is significant（P<0.05）； from the point of view of nursing satisfaction， 96% of patients in the study group and 76% of patients in the control group， the difference is significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： In the current clinical nursing work， in the nursing of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery， through the development of predictive nursing， the patients postpartum hemorrhage can be effectively controlled， the patients satisfaction can be improved， and the patients quality of life can be improved. It has high promotion value in clinical practice.

从目前的临床来看，产后出血作为一种比较常见的分娩并发症，对产妇的生命安全产生了严重威胁。对于产后出血情况来看，受到了体质因素、胎盘因素等多方面的影响，特别是在子宫收缩乏力的情况下，产后出血的发生率大大提升。在对产妇进行护理中，通过开展预见性护理，可以对阴道分娩产后出血情况进行有效预防，防止患者出现大出血甚至休克的情况[1]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

在本次研究中的患者样本选取中，收集时间从2017年6月至2020年5月，共抽取50例作为研究样本，以随机数字表法的方式，将选取的50例患者划分为对照组与研究组。其中包括经产妇22例，初产妇28例。排除标准：（1）存在精神分裂症；（2）存在合并重大感染；（3）合并呼吸衰竭。此次研究中，所有患者均知情同意，并且进行知情同意书的签署。研究组，孕周39周～42周，平均孕周（39.32±0.56）周，年龄23岁～37岁，平均年龄（28.27±3.21）岁；对照组，孕周38周～41周，平均孕周（39.16±0.42）周，年龄22岁～36岁，平均年龄（27.41±3.18）岁。……
