军事院校开展弹药实爆训练思考

摘  要 弹药作为部队训练和作战运用的重要军事装备，是提高部队战斗力的重要构成因素。为加快推进军事院校教育向实战聚焦、向部队靠拢，加速培养能打仗、打胜仗的高素质新型军事人才，军事院校应积极探索装备综合演练课程教学模式改革，进一步强化实弹、实爆、实投的“三实”训练精神。根据院校军事基础教学大纲要求，对开展弹药实爆训练实践教学进行思考，力求弹药实爆训练能够强化工程实践能力的培养，提高训练实战化水平。

Thinking of Developing Ammunition Real Explosion Training in

Abstract Ammunition is an important military equipment for mili-

tary training and operation. It is an important component of improving

the combat effectiveness of the army. In order to accelerate the edu-cation of military colleges to focus on actual combat and close to the

army， and speed up the cultivation of new type of high-quality mili-

tary talents who can fight and win battles， military colleges should

actively explore the teaching mode reform of equipment comprehen-

sive exercise course， and further strengthen the “three reality” trai-ning spirit of live ammunition， real explosion and actual delivery. According to the requirements of military basic teaching syllabus in colleges， this paper makes some thoughts on the practical teaching of

ammunition real explosion training， striving to strengthen the culti-vation of engineering practice ability and improve the actual combat level of training.

0  前言

弹药实爆训练是“三实”训练的重要组成部分。军事院校开展弹药实爆实践教学，对提升学员岗位适应能力、塑造学员工程实践素养提供了良好的锻炼平台，为后续快速适应部队岗位、形成作战能力打下基础。弹药实爆训练具有组织程序多、危险系数大、作业涉及面广等特点[1]，为达到科学有效、安全有序开展弹药实爆训练的目的，必须从实战出發，严格训练、严格要求，坚持理论与实际相结合，扎实打好技术基础，切实掌握弹药战术技术性能。基于此，本文将围绕弹药实爆训练开展的组织实施进行探讨。

1  弹药实爆训练应遵循的原则

1.1  着眼实战，从严要求

弹药实爆训练的目的是培养院校学员能在真实环境下熟练掌握弹药实爆操作流程和技巧，锤炼战场心理素质，并能充分发挥弹药的战术技能水平，圆满完成作战任务。……
