在阅读坊中创建有效师幼互动的策略

摘 要：师幼互动是幼儿教育活动中一个重要的人际互动行为，贯穿于幼儿一日活动的各个环节。高质量的师幼互动是顺利实现幼儿园各项教学活动目标的重要保障，因此，如何在幼儿教育活动中创建有效的师幼互动，是现阶段幼儿教师要重点思考的问题。本文简要阐述了师幼互动在阅读坊中的价值诉求，并从角色、环境、模式三个层面对阅读活动中师幼互动的对策进行探究，以期提升幼儿园阅读坊活动中师幼互动的有效性，促进幼儿教育工作健康、持续发展。

【Abstract】Teacher-child interaction is an important interpersonal interaction behavior in early childhood education activities，which runs through all links of children's daily activities. High-quality teacher-child interaction is an important guarantee for the smooth realization of the goals of various teaching activities in kindergartens. Therefore，how to create effective teacher-child interaction in early childhood education activities is a key issue for preschool teachers at this stage. This article briefly describes the value demands of teacher-child interaction in reading workshops，and explores the countermeasures of teacher-child interaction in reading activities from three levels of role，environment，and mode，with a view to enhancing the effectiveness of teacher-child interaction in kindergarten reading workshop activities ，to promote the healthy and sustainable development of early childhood education.

《幼兒园教育指导纲要（试行）》中着重强调，教师应密切关注幼儿阅读活动中的表现，在此基础上创建有效的师幼互动模式，在提升阅读活动效率和质量的同时，促进幼儿身心健康的全面发展。因此，新课改背景下，以“生本教育”理念为指导，探究阅读坊中创建有效师幼互动的策略，就具有重要的实践意义。

1.师幼互动在阅读坊中的价值诉求

（1）激发阅读活动的兴趣

良好的师幼互动能够在阅读坊活动中，有效激发幼儿对阅读活动的参与兴趣，从而提升幼儿早期阅读教育的效率和质量。在阅读坊中，教师应格外关注幼儿在活动中的表现，细心观察幼儿的阅读诉求并尊重幼儿在阅读活动中的表现，对幼儿不同的阅读方式给予肯定和支持，鼓励幼儿运用自己感兴趣的方式进行阅读，以此拉近师生之间的情感距离，促进融洽师幼关系建立。……
