中草药在猪生产中的研究进展

摘要 生猪养殖生产效率低、发病率高、饲养成本较高仍是制约我国养猪业快速发展的一大难题。中草药具有耐药性、毒副作用小、残留少、安全性高等优点受到广泛关注，可提高生猪生产性能、生产效率、免疫等。综述近年来中草药在猪生产性能、抗氧化、免疫力、抗病毒和疾病防治等方面的作用，并提出尚需要进一步研究的问题，以期为中草药在生态养猪生产上的应用提供参考。

Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Medicines in Pig Production

Abstract The low production efficiency， high morbidity， and high cost of pig breeding are still a big problem restricting the rapid development of China’s pig industry. The advantages of Chinese herbal medicine， such as drug resistance， little toxic and side effects， less residue and high safety， have attracted wide attention， and can improve pig production performance， production efficiency and immunity. In this paper， the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on pig production performance， anti-oxidation， improving immune function， anti-virus and disease prevention in recent years were reviewed， and the problems that need to be further studied were put forward in order to provide reference for the application of Chinese herbal medicine in ecological pig production.

近年来，由于抗生素在饲料中的使用受到广泛的关注，并受到严格的限制和禁止，因此寻找抗生素添加剂的替代品成为当前养殖业的研究热点。单方及复方中药饲料添加剂以其高效、安全、无残留、无毒副作用等优势已在生态养殖业开始显现出来，这引起社会广泛的关注，成为减抗、无抗、禁抗的当下生态养殖业的首选。“无抗养殖”理论的提出为中药复方的促生长奠定了理论基础[1]。很多研究证实中草药既能防治动物疾病、提高动物免疫力和促进动物生长，又能改善肉的品质和风味[2]。中草药对治疗及预防猪的常见细菌性疾病也有很好的效果，如猪链球菌病、猪传染性胸膜肺炎、副猪嗜血杆菌病及大肠杆菌病等[3]。随着对中草药研究不断的深入，在单方中药、复方中药、中药提取物、中药超微粉、发酵中药、发酵中药渣及中药单体等方面都有研究。……
