湖北恩施利川市三产融合发展研究

摘要 运用现代农业经济学、农业经济发展学、管理学、区域经济学生产力结构理论和空间结构理论的大量概念，利用SWOT分析法来从新的角度分析三产融合所产生的各种有利或不利影响、发展机遇以及发展困境，讨论相对贫困的山地地区进行三产融合的必要性，以此为其他山地地区进行三产融合提供参考。通过对利川市的实地调研，认为山地地区进行三产融合是十分有必要的，且其发展具备巨大的潜力。提出了利川市三产融合过程中面临的困境和潜在的机遇，站在利川市本身独具的优势角度，考察其面临的外部危机和其融合过程中产生的各种经济效应，从宏微观相结合的层面找出其发展问题，从整体层面提出问题的解决方案。总体来说，相较于平原地区的三产融合，面临同样困境的山地地区的三产融合在发展过程中更独具地方优势和特色。

Abstract This article uses a large number of concepts in modern agricultural economics， agricultural economic development， management， regional economics productivity structure theory and spatial structure theory， and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the various favorable or unfavorable effects of the integration of the tertiary industries from a new perspective， development opportunities and development difficulties， discusses the necessity of tertiary industry integration in relatively poor mountainous areas， so as to provide references for other mountainous regions to integrate tertiary industries.Based on a field investigation in Lichuan City， this article believes that the integration of tertiary industries in mountainous areas is very necessary， and its development has great potential. This article puts forward the difficulties and potential opportunities faced by Lichuan’s tertiary industry integration process. From the perspective of Lichuan’s unique advantages， it examines the external crises it faces and the various economic benefit that arise during the integration process， finds out its development problems from the level of the combination of macro and micro， and proposes solutions to the problems from the overall level. Generally speaking， compared with the integration of three industries in plain areas， the integration of three industries in mountainous areas facing the same difficulties has more unique local advantages and characteristics in the development process.
