基于PSPL调研法的皖北乡村公共空间评价

摘 要：目的：对小岗村公共空间进行评价研究，以期为小岗村未来公共空间建设指明方向。方法：采用PSPL调研法中的现场计数法、实地考察法、问卷调查法，对所得数据进行定性与定量分析。结果：公共空间布局上，小岗村新建居住区公共空间数量少;公共空间综合品质上，小岗村居住区中心广场公共空间品质评价较差，缺少舒适性和乐趣性;公共空间设施建设上，总体建设不完善，利用率较低。建议：未来主要从3个方面对小岗村公共空间建设进行优化：一是强化布局，优先建设村民使用密度高区域的公共空间;二是精心整治，提升公共空间的安全性、舒适性、乐趣性;三是按需配置，优化公共空间各类型设施的数量、质量。

Evaluation of Public Space of Villages in Northern Anhui Based on PSPL Survey

——A Case Study of Xiaogang Village

Abstract： Objective： Evaluation and research on the public space of Xiaogang Village，with a view to pointing out the direction for the construction of future public space in Xiaogang Village. Methods： Adopt the field counting method， field investigation method and questionnaire survey method in the PSPL survey method， perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the obtained data. Results： In terms of public space layout， the number of public spaces in the newly built residential area of Xiaogang Village is small; In terms of the overall quality of public space， the public space of the central square in the residential area of Xiaogang Village has a poor quality evaluation， lacking comfort and fun; In the construction of public space facilities， the overall construction is incomplete and the utilization rate is low. Suggestion： In the future， the public space construction of Xiaogang Village will be optimized from three aspects： the first is to strengthen the layout and give priority to the construction of public spaces in high-density areas for villagers; the second is to rectify carefully to enhance the safety，comfort and fun of public spaces; the third is to configure on demand to optimize the quantity and quality of various types of facilities in public spaces.

黨的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略的重大历史任务，在我国“三农”发展进程中具有划时代的里程碑意义[1]。乡村公共空间作为广大村民社会生活和公共活动产生的“催生器”“发生器”，在丰富村民日常生活的同时，极大地提升了乡村形象。深入研究乡村公共空间使用状况，对其建立科学的评价体系，是提升乡村公共空间设计品质、改善乡村公共生活的重要途径。本文引入“PSPL调研法”，介入实际案例，以满足村民“公共空间-公共生活”关系为出发点，重点研究分析村民的日常需求，补充现行规划步骤上的不足，真正满足“以人为本”的公共空间使用需求。……
