中职汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

摘 要：面对当今时代汽车行业的高速化发展，中职院校需要结合市场上人才需求的转变通过人才培养模式的调整实现人才培养质量的提升。由于传统现代学徒制未得到有效落实，或是校企联合时所应用的教学模式并不够科学。为此，文章针对中职汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的特点进行了分析，并在此基础上，从基于现代学徒制推行校企联合育人模式、完善与优化现代学徒制课程体系、构建多元化沟通交流平台、打造实训基地、组建科研制教师团队几个方面探究了现代学徒制人才培养模式实施的有益路径，从而培育出契合社会及企业人才需求的专业化、高质量汽修人才。

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents Majoring in Automobile Operation and Maintenance in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：Facing the rapid development of the automotive industry in today's era， secondary vocational colleges need to combine the changes in the demand for talents in the market to achieve the improvement of the quality of talent training through the adjustment of talent training models. Because the traditional modern apprenticeship system has not been effectively implemented， or the teaching model used in the school-enterprise alliance is not scientific enough. To this end， the article analyzes the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship training model for the automobile operation and maintenance majors in secondary vocational schools， and on this basis， implements the school-enterprise joint education model based on the modern apprenticeship， and improves and optimizes the modern apprenticeship curriculum. The article builds a diversified communication platform， a training base， and sets up a research system teacher team， and explores the beneficial paths for the implementation of the modern apprenticeship talent training model， to cultivate professional and high-quality auto repair talents that meet the needs of society and enterprises.

产教融合发展的背景下，汽车维修相关专业逐步引入现代学徒制，此种新型人才培养模式利于强化校企合作，可由企业专业化技术人才与中职院校学生结成师徒，从而实现汽车运用与维修技术的垂直性传授。此项人才培养模式的引入，利于推进汽车专业教育改革，可实现学生实践技能的提升，然而因中职学校未能基于市场需求进行教学组织，因而现代学徒制的实施规范性不足，存在校企合作规范性不高的问题，致使现代学徒制改革未全面落实。因此，需要通过现代学徒制人才培养模式的实践探索，为应用型汽车运用与维修专业人才的培养提供导向。
